The staff today stood 6ft from me at counter restacking items after way to long i had to please help me pick up hat. I'm guessing they restock instead of customer service so they don't have to stay later than they're shift. Either way, Boot Barn is losing money because of improper management.

Employees need training in doing better customer service. I came to the store at 3:30pm there were 3 people working but then nobody in cash register, nobody attending customers, this make me think like each one of this employees working in this shift was expecting the another team member take care of customers.

Staff was super helpful, showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn’t try to sell me what they wanted to. Suggested accessories to take care of my boots and were just friendly folks.

The purchasing process was fine other than as I was checking out the cashier said if the fall apart in the first three months, then I should bring them back. Lo and behold she was correct. The right boot started falling apart in no time. I returned in the fourth month for them to only tell me that they have fired all their old staff and rehired all new employees and that if they were to even consider swapping my faulty boots out they would need the original recipe from the date of purchase and nothing else would suffice. Bear in mind that these are Cody James boots, a Boot Barn special.
Now I am in construction but nothing that would heavily damage my shoes, the last pair I had, of a different better brand, lasted me two years. I’ve grown up going here but this is the last time I’ll be visiting them for anything.

Great selection of boots, and we were successful in finding the perfect pair of boots and jeans for our 16 year old grandson while we were in the Bend, Oregon area for a family wedding.

Horrible customer service. I had called and they said to just come in we can help with that. Only to be sent out of the store after wasting time and gas to get there. Said I had to order it online. No way to order it in store. Don’t waste your time with this overpriced place
