I was skeptical if Shannon could understand my injuries and would have solutions for how I could add strength while working with my personal physical limitations: bad knees, bum shoulder, back, and neck issues along with autoimmune disease that most trainers don’t understand. But she not only helped me move in ways that increased my fitness level without adding to my pain and physical issues but could also address my nutrition since she is qualified to do so being a holistic Health coach, in functional nutrition, and metabolism specialist, which I didn’t know before my first appointment.So far, my knee pain is gone, my overall strength is at an all-time high, I am able to enjoy hiking and walking without pain for the first time in 25 years! That allows me to do more forms of activity, which affords me greater fitness and enjoyment from life. I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been and that feels awesome! I am now moving and feeling better which has translated into looking better and moving pain free…

I joined InMotion 4 months ago and could not be more pleased. I love the personalized training and small group workouts. The workouts are tough but fun! I am always working up a sweat. And after every class I feel great!!The coaches are with you during workouts— giving guidance and ensuring your safety and success. Classes are offered at a variety of times — so I can consistently workout around my work schedule. Can’t wait for my next class.

Shannon is SO full of knowledge and experience! I am so impressed with how each class is different so I can’t get bored working out. Every day is different thanks to all of her skills and the different equipment in the gym. She adapts to my injuries and helps me understand how things are working. Although I went in to gain strength, the Mobility class is my favorite! Who knew you’re never too young to work on your mobility. This gym is a sweet spot!

I discovered inMotion about 12 years ago. It is such a positive and encouraging environment, I’ve been a customer ever since! I’ve never gone anywhere else. Shannon helped me look fantastic for my daughter’s wedding, and fantastic for my 40th college reunion. In addition to looking better in clothes, going to inMotion has helped me reverse prediabetes. When I walk out the door after an inMotion workout I feel fresh and uplifted.

I have gotten so much stronger since going to InMotion Training Studio! I like the small classes and have always felt welcomed by the amazing staff! I would definitely recommend especially if you are feeling overwhelmed going to a large gym.

Huge shout out to Shannon at inMotion for creating an amazing virtual coaching program in a matter of days. I cannot imagine going through this crisis without the amazing coaching program and the support of Shannon and our fitness family. I’m loving the workouts and still getting amazing results. Down to earth, personalized training in an intimate environment - experienced trainers who listen and adjust to my needs. I am about 7 months into my works out with Brady at InMotion and all I can tell you is wow. Like most of us, when I was in high school I was very active and also very athletic. I could run the 1 mile in 5:52 minutes while carrying my own weight a whopping 200lbs.

My wife and I went through trials at many different gyms trying to find something we liked, and In Motion checked all the boxes. It's extremely well outfitted for a small class based circuit gym, and the trainers are amazing (shout outs to Tammy and Nicole). The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and well suited for both men and women of varying levels of fitness. You will both build strength and tax your cardio which is tough to do well. If you stick to it you will see results. I haven't utilized the nurtritional consulting, but I imagine that would increase your gains even further. If you are looking for a friendly and high quality circuit class experience, this gym will be a great fit. I give it my highest recommendation.
