BottleDrop Redemption Center is a facility with machines for redeeming containers, similar to systems in other states. The process involves scanning containers with barcodes facing upwards and receiving a ticket to exchange for cash. Up to fifty squashed aluminum cans can be handled manually at the customer service counter. The location itself serves its purpose, and the facility can be clean with machines operating excellently, allowing for a quick visit. However, there are frequent long lines, both to get inside and for customer service, creating a need for upkeep and a second location. While green bags are convenient, space in the drop box is not always available. The area is noted as having issues with safety and activities related to homeless individuals, leading to calls for the city to address these concerns. At times, the carts and floor can be dirty.
Love the place like watching the homeless and you can buy crack.

When we were broke down in bend Oregon from 2016 to 2018, I was here every morning after a night of collecting bottles and cans, a long with 1000s of homeless and lower middle class. I'd make 100 a night and so did 1000s of others every night. And we couldn't get them all. ?
