I love many of the businesses but turning the parking lot and Spoken Moto lot into very high-end housing really sucks.Their application should have never been approved.Driving is going to be a nightmare soon and there isn't a bike path at all.

Parking can be tough, but stay diligent because the Box Factory has many amazing things to offer. Go dance in all of the vibes at Sekse, grab some delicious dip and tacos at Immersion and a drink at RiverPig or The GearFix, depending on your flavor.

The venue is rad and super cool but the construction is really disruptive to the parking and ambiance.
