My life story includes many infusions in many different offices. OHSU, Vancouver, WA, BMC and now here. Starting new treatments, as old ones fail, is stressful enough in it's own, without the anxiety that comes with having your therapy done in a new place. This was above and beyond the best experience I have had since my infusion journey started in 2010. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by a warm, friendly face, until I left feeling like I made a new friend in my nurse. I have a slight case of germaphobia and when I explained this openly to my nurse, Kim, she was so caring and not once did she make me feel like I was a burden with my fears. Care providers in my past acted like that made me high maintenance. I could tell by the bustle in the office that it was busy but she still took her time with me and was genuine in her kindness. Thank you Kim and thank you Ray for making this a positive experience. I was scared and you cared.

I cannot imagine worst service in my 60 years of life than what I have gotten from BriovaRx. I want to shout it to the world of how poor their service is. If the rating is 1 - 5 star, I will give them a minus 1000 star. It is the ABSOLUTE worse service I have ever experienced. I am shaking just thinking of them and how poor their service is. If I could go elsewhere, I would but my insurance deals with them. I have to find an insurance company that does not deal with them. My son missed a dose because of them. He is about to miss another dose. This is medication error, and they should be held accountable for it.
