I found myself with a couple of free hours, so I decided to explore the cool shops of downtown Bend. CC McKenzie was my first stop. Wow, what a cute little shop. I didn't realize they don't have any pics on Yelp yet, or I would have snapped a bunch of photos of their amazing selection of jewelry, bags, shoes, clothes, and allll sorts of fun stuff. I ended up purchasing a lovely new hobo style leather bag for myself, which was a great price and came in so many colors I had hard time choosing. They had some cute women's clothing too, but it was a bit pricey for moi. And they had tons of affordable jewelry! What put this experience over the top was the kind lady behind the counter. When I told her I'd never been to Bend before she told me allll the places to go and even showed me how to get to them. I wanted to return before I left and get another bag in a second color, but I ran out of time. Will definitely be coming here again on my next visit!

Terrible customer service. They do not back the quality of the products they sell. Also, their return policy is unclear and definitely not customer friendly. Have had several bad experiences, and am still trying to resolve.

Great store. A nice collection of updated women's clothing and shoes. Accessories as well.The building is that wonderful mix of original brick with modern updates. The staff and store manager Victoria are so helpful and knowledgeable, creating a wonderful experience.And what's not to like about downtown Bend! A must stop for anyone visiting downtown Bend.

The clothes and shoes will not pass the test of any fashionista. The best way to describe the shoes...it looks like those brands that is good for walking but not good for looking. Clothes, more of a hobo old lady style that is geared toward comfort and not style. I won't get to that style for another couple decades and I am old. Cool spot for Knick knacks.

Buyers BEWARE!. I agree with other reviews regarding quality of inventory --clothes, shoes and accessories. Also the service is outstanding--friendly and fun. BUT the policy on returns is shocking. While in Bend on holiday, I purchased a pair of $180 boots at closing. The next morning before leaving town, I wore them around the house. I have severe arthritis in my ankle and comfortable shoes and boots are difficult to find. I decided the boots would not work. We waited to leave town until the store opened to return them. I couldn't believe I could not get a refund! $180 and I had the boots from after closing one night til opening the next day. Of course I got a store credit that I could use in the store or online (not a chance, without seeing an item considering the return policy!) At this point I have $180 worth of credit at a store 6 hours away. I was told the credit never 'expires''. Good to know since I have no idea when I will return to Bend.

I love visiting this store when I'm in Bend! I've purchased pants, a dress and several shirts from CC McKenzie, and all have become favorites. They sell items from different designers than I see in other stores, and their clothes are priced well. They've got a fashionable yet casual vibe, and are both comfortable and good-looking. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful.
