My premium cart bag came in with super fast shipping and it is perfect! My husband loved his birthday gift, he can’t wait to go out on the course and use it. Husband and I got Yellowstone carts (with remotes) for Christmas last year. They have been THE BEST investment! A week ago today, my cart had a weird malfunction on the course near the end of a 9 hole round. Called service the next morning and got instructions to try resetting to factory settings. Sadly that didn't work, so I emailed Dave and before the close of the next business day, he had arranged to ship a part that he thought would fix the issue. The part arrived yesterday and after about a 10 minute replacement (with the help of easy video instructions) my cart is back to perfect!! Best customer service I've had for any product in a long time. 10 out of 10. Hats off to your team, Cart Tek, especially Dave!!

The best electric golf push cart, I do play 2 times a week and used the bat caddy cart for a new experience but what a night mare, tip over so easily and remote control is absolutely worthless returned it after 2 uses. but Cart tek golf cart works so great wheel base is wide and secure and remote control works so great, I do recommend cart tek for everyone if you are looking for electric golf push cart this is the best one out there.

Update 11/2022: Wow it's been 3 years since I posted my 5 star review? The cart is still going strong and has paid for itself several times already. If I'm ever in need of a new electric cart, I know CartTek cart would be my first choice without a doubt. I might also add, the support I've been getting over the years with these folks have been extraordinary. Just one example, when I had an issue with my remote control, they advised me how to fix it, Other manufacturers would have suggested a new remote control. Awesome company!

Had trouble with my electric push golf cart. Called Cart Tec and Mark called back shortly afterward. I explained the problem and he had me do a few things and he determined my left wheel motor wasn’t working. It was under warranty and he sent me a new one that arrived in just two days. Well the connection wires were different. I called again and Mark answered and quickly sent me conversation wires. I connected them and the cart is literally up and running. Purchased the Cart Tek 1500Li V2 remote controlled golf bag cart on Black Friday. It arrived a week later in a large box with everything I needed to assemble it. Assembly only took about 20 minutes and it was very easy to do. Plus if you were stuck, you can always go to the Cart Tek YouTube channel and there are instructions on how to put it together. Upon completion, I could immediately tell that this was made of high-quality parts as the frame was sturdy and the parts fit well together. I loved how the wheels easily snapped on along with all the accessories. After charging the battery overnight, I had an opportunity to take this out to my local golf course which is pretty hilly. The cart had no problems going up hills and down bumpy hills without tipping. The anti-tipping and stability features are fantastic. I love the solid steel frame and the high-quality parts that made it sturdy even when I accidentally tipped the cart several times nothing broke. Note, the cart only tipped because of my bad user error of taking it straight along the curb on a hill and lost control of it. It's definitely worth spending the money if you want a remote controlled cart that's built to last!

Love it. Best investment I have made I always walked and carried my bag hurt my back this past summer and at PT I was told not to carry. A club member had one and I was impressed. Already three friends saw how great it was and they bought one

Purchased a 2019 GRi-1500Li a few months ago and love it! It was delivered the day after I ordered it. Customer Service is top notch! After an unscheduled dip in a creek, they walked me thru troubleshooting and had parts to me the next day and I was back up and running. This cart makes walking any course a pleasure - including Chambers Bay! Well worth the investment.

Easy to control. I can walk and maintain good posture as opposed to pushing a walking cart, especially on inclines.

My remote cart was the envy of many other golfers at my club. Two people have already purchased their own! It takes a little while to get used to, but it is a nice alternative to a push cart, which bothers my hands, shoulders and back by mid round. The support at the headquarters was great. The plastic piece for the scorecard holder arrived damaged and they replaced it right away.

I have had my cart tek for about 8 years. I play about 3 rounds a week. My cart has held pretty good. I have had a few minor problems, Mark has always helped me out with the technical stuff and gets my cart up to speed.
I am happy with the services provided.
