Wow ! Yes ! Tops in quality and service Our 50 Chevys wiring had been shorted out under the dash by a local shop Who will be not named here It's a shop in Bend Very professional, neat and clean wiring All of the damaged wiring was removed You can only see the new and very neat wiring harness If in the future, I will be back Thank You I now feel confident in selling our truck Ten Stars or more

I brought my van in with a no start issue, which on their website they say they have everything they need to diagnose and fix. They said they plugged it into their diagnostic tool, that the signal was making it from the ignition to the bcm, but wasn't making it to the ecm from there. They told me I needed to take it to the dealer to figure the rest out. They didn't seem interested or willing to look into anything from there and just said it needed to go to the dealer. They also didnt seem interested in talking about the issue with me. Based on the other symptoms I shared with them, I didn't think it was the computer. Well, it ended up being loose connections at the fuse block. I just feel like if they had put in some additional effort to look at what was going on under the hood instead of just plugging it into the computer, they could have figured that out. I had to pay the full diagnostic fee when I didnt get a diagnosis.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Been dreading taking my F150 Harley D. in to locate a electrical leak, already spent several days with 2 engine builders in an attempt to track this down. I was prepared to spend about a $1K to finally get this put to bed. These guys located what I thought was the problem in 45 minutes, noted that I was a Marine Vet and blew me away with no charge for the Diagnostic, thanking for my Service! Went by to see if they could help me reconnect two connectors on my new Ford after I installed a new bumper, they were unable to figure it out. I Googled the problem and found that many others had the same issue and the fix was very very simple. Simply applying WD-40 allowed it to slip back in without issue. Perhaps they do good work, but you would think they would know "tricks of the trade"

I was referred to Cascade Auto Electric from Danes since my problem was more electrical in nature. I really appreciated the referral. I made an appointment to drop of my 1990 Ford F150 to check for multie issues. It wS determined it was the alternator only. Mike explained the issue and did not try to upsell me to reach other items at this time. Thanks again. I was back on the road by slightly after the noon hour. Thanks again. Great job! I will definitely return here for more auto work if needed.

God I wish all repair shops were this good. I'm not that old, but it was nice to be reminded of what quality work and good customer service look like. Over the past ten years I have taken my Ford Mustang, Honda CRV and, most recently, a newer Toyota Tundra into Cascade Auto Electric for everything from mystery shorts to upgraded wiring harness installs that I screwed up and these guys come through every time. No guessing, no excuses. Just good, quality work done when they say it will be done. If that weren't enough, they also have more cool low-voltage switches on their wall display than I have ever seen anywhere in my life.
