Emailed about chips in my windshield for a company pickup. They were quick to respond, pricing was fair, and we had a scheduled appointment in no time.
Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but the tech assessed the window immediately. Turns out, only surface damage and nothing to worry about. Didn't charge for the experience and left me knowing where I was returning when, not if because face it it's Central Oregon and my windshield is going to get chipped some more.

Parking: was clear when I got there, but it was an early morning appointment. I imagine parking could become difficult at times due to the nature of the area and the limited space.

I got a couple of star cracks in my windshield and was leaving town soon. Mike was able to get me in right away, was super friendly and actually fixed an extra crack I didn't even know I had. He was quick and cleaned up well. I would go here again if I had to replace my windshield or fix more rock cracks!

Very smooth expedited windshield replacement. I was in a bind and they were able to get me taken care of next day even tho geicos safelite installer was days out. They talked me through the process of getting geico to use the shop which was super easy. Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience at Cascade Auto Glass. Windshield replaced in like 50 minutes, nice waiting area with coffee bar and friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone in central Oregon needing auto glass services!

My experience was great, the guys were nice and pleasant. They explained what they were going to do, what to expect and replaced the windshield on my Corvette in about 2 hours. Even dropped me off at my gym nearby and offered to pick me up.

I really can't thank this place enough honestly. I had a Rock go through my windshield when a SMAF dump truck passed me going opposite direction. They got me in very quick. I need to be able to drive to my infusions every other day so I really couldn't wait. I dropped the car off They did the windshield called when it was ready I went and was very impressed with the service. But one thing is they even vacuumed up the glass because they didn't want me getting into my car with all the glass everywhere. Keep in mind this large rock made glass go all over my seat behind the steering wheel, the dash EVERYWHERE. I can't thank them enough. They were beyond expectations and I even took the time and let my car insurance know how amazing this place was.

I have never felt like i was not wanted more in my life. I was driving around looking for estimates to replace a broken windshield in my 2017 tocoma. I prefer to see the shop and people of who i am doing business with as opposed to just calling blindly. And i am glad i did. I pull up to the shop around 11 am. I then proceeded to have to look for someone with a pulse. After a few minutes, i find a human who very rudely told me they don't do estimates without an appointment. Ok, that's fine by me. If you dont want my current and future business, then i won't waste my time . This place lost out on at least 2 windshields ( Thanks ODOT) and a cash customer just because they dont take walk-in estimates... Never will i do business with them.......And just a little free advice. Dont be rude to your customer base they tend not to want to do business with you....just saying
