I had a rock chip that turned into a crack in my windshield with the recent higher temps.I had a shop closer to work I had in mind on the north side of town. But a buddy of mine just said he had great service from Cascade Auto Glass just recently. And my first choice didn't appear automatically through the online claims process with my auto insurer. So, okay. I'll try these guys. Even though their shop is at the other end of town. (I didn't want to do the mobile service thing because parking is competive at work and lots of truck traffic in the industrial park where I'm at during the day)I figured I could run some errands or maybe have an excuse to go to a restaurant on the south end of town if make an appt. toward the end of the day. seemed like a good plan.I after I went through the claims process online with my insurere and selected Cascade as my repair shop. I got a voicemail msg from a friendly sounding guy from Cascade the next day. I called back on my break and was immediately stuck in robo switchboard hell for the entire length on my break. Even though it said I was number 1 in the queue, a real person never came on, and then it didn't even give me the option of staying on hold and told me leave a voicemail msg or press 1 for a callback. I just used up my whole break, just to play more phone tag?I hung up and just redialed and a human picked up right away. okay. that's weird. anyway I said I was returning a call to set up an appt and we went through verfiying my car make and model. Next appointment wasn't for a week and a half....first thing the a.m.. I asked if there was anything late afternoon. the person let out the deepest annoyed sigh I ever heard in my life and asked to put me on hold.what was it Steve Martin used to say on SNL? "Well, excuuuuuuuuse me".the person came back and said latest time they could give me was 2pm. that's the latest they take appointments. I was a little confused because their website says open until 630pm and google says open until 5pm. not sure what's real since they have differently locations....okay..I guess 2pm I agreed reluctantly. but I really didn't like the take-it-or-leave it attitude I was getting. and even though I didn't think the mobile service would work out that well where I"m at, they didn't even suggest it as an alternative.so, once I got home after work. I called the first shop I had originally considered. I got a real human being on the first try, after one ring. They verified my car make and model. and said they could get me in an ENTIRE WEEK SOONER than Cascade, and they could take me right when I got off work a 330pm and would accommodate me and my schedule (not the other way around). Done deal.I called Cascade back and said I needed to cancel. okay they said. didn't even ask why or if I wanted to reschedule. I'm sure my buddy had great service. But all I got was a hassle just trying to schedule service. And in the end it didn't seem like they really got my business or not. As the saying goes, you only have one chance to make a first impression.

I had a great experience here. From the moment I received a call setting up an appointment through installation, they were professional, efficient and courteous. Well I am not sure if this is the case or not but this place and every other glass store in town refuses to work rock chips. This is unacceptable because a business is not there just to make money but to also provide a service. To refuse to work on rock chips that take less than 15 minute to repair and force people to end with a broken windshield is just wrong. The explanation I was given is that it makes them no money. Well then charge more for gods sake. This is a business and there is demand and need for this service. Anyway I would not ever give my business to any glass shop in town for running such a shady operation and refusing to help and service people.

Over time 50+ years I have had to have 4 windshields replaced this was by far the best experience to date, I think when Josh was done he ever washed my side windows and mirrors ??.

Had to update my insurance claim from a windshield chip to windshield replacement after scheduling the repair. They looped in my insurance directly via conference call and got me scheduled the next day. Dropped my car off and about 20mins later the entire windshield repair was complete. They did a good job repairing my windshield, but they disconnected my wiper fluid hose in the process. It didn’t take long to fix, but I only found out about the problem when I was on a road trip in the rain and my fluid didn’t work. Minor mistake, but it’s the kind of thing that could have gotten grandma into an accident.

Had a mishap where my new windshield developed a water leak after install. Misty, Darrin and the team at the Bend office went above and beyond to take care of the situation while I'm currently out of state.Amazing customer service from a team that will do what it takes to make it right and stand behind their work. 1996 Jeep CherokeeTheir office staff were prompt and informative in their responses. Their rate was very reasonable. Their online payment portal was simple and easy to use. The technician that actually did the work, was extremely polite, very skilled and did an excellent job. He even went so far as to install my new wiper blades that I had purchased the night before. I was very happy with the Cascade Auto Glass service. My dog had broken my backseat side door window. Cascade Auto Glass made it a priority and came to my house to fix it in only a couple days.
