CCC was so quick at getting me in to take a look at my car to see if they could find the issue. They were super thoughtful in helping me understand more about the parts of my engine as I’m not super familiar with this one. I will most definitely be doing my services for my car here!

Top drawer professional shop. Bent over backwwrds to fix our Mercedes. Everybody else in town said next week these guys said bring it on in and we'll fix it Right away!. I could not make a stronger recommendation.

Really liking the new location. I will follow this shop anywhere they go. Service top notch, staff friendly, all while having impeccable knowledge. Came in for a Cooling issue With My B5 S4 (notorious issue) Mike was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed in incredible time. Already planning to bring the rest of my vehicles in for more work. Cannot suggest this shop enough, absolutely wonderful to work with.

I had a transfer case issues with my BMW, Micheal gave me a transparent experience telling me everything he was doing with my car and what was going on, where the parts came from, how much it was going to cost exactly. Easy to work with. My only critique would be time frame but if you want something done right it’s going to take time. He apologized for the time frame and made it up to me with a good deal that I am grateful
for.

My left taillight went out on my Subaru Crosstrek, I was going to change it myself but the casing was stripped. I stopped into cascade car craft and was greeted by Michael. He instantly stopped was he doing and came outside to help me. He was super quick, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you ever need any performance/automotive repairs done on your vehicle. Great customer service and a welcoming smile. Thank you again Michael!

This is my go to shop for all things hybrid in Bend. Michael was very knowledgeable when it came to working on my Prius and completed the work faster than expected. He even tested my hybrid battery while I was there, which very few people in town can do.
