About Cascade Car Wash
Cascade Car Wash is a self-serve car wash that has been used by customers for many years. It has a credit card option and a shutoff button. The owner is described as cool and has provided refunds for problems. However, there are frequent issues with maintenance, like brushes not working, no soap, or broken equipment, and refunds are not always given. It is often busy, making customers feel rushed. The parking lot is difficult to navigate. The facility lacks amenities like good vacuums, rags, cleaning products, and a sufficient garbage can. Receipts are not sent electronically.

The foam brush foam died my hands and my legs/ feet green. What kind of toxic garbage is this? The biggest problem is that it's not coming off!

Car wash not doing too great. Not enough time on the machine to properly wash car. Not much pressure on spray wands. Leaking water on my car. Pre-spray soap not working.

Stall was overly dirty, scrub brush sprayed soap towards the handle not on the brush or vehicle.
