We’ve had two very sub par experiences at this cleaner, unfortunately. The first time we dropped off a suit there for a dry cleaning, it came back dirtier than we dropped it off, with mystery spots on it. We decided to give it a second try per friends recommendations and took a brand new suit in for a press this week. They were able to accommodate the timing we needed, which was nice, but the suit came back still needing a steam where odd creases had been added and the lining of the vest and jacket was snagged left and right. See attached picture. So disappointing to see what they did to the inside of this suit. We’ll be looking for another dry cleaning option in the future. We thought they wouldn’t be able to mess up a press and we we were proven wrong.

Prices are out of hand. Originally the ticket never stated a price because it was a “quick drop off”? No one was behind me so I can only conclude they didn’t want to give me a price knowing I would walk away. 25 dollars for a dress and 15 for a blazer is crazy. Go elsewhere.

Worst customer service. I went because I read some decent reviews. I wish someone had warned me about how rude the owner is to customers though. I’ve spoke to others local to the area and they say to stay clear. There are other great places to go!

OMG, rude!!! I brought in my pea coat that my cat decided to take a nap on, leaving it coveted in cat hair, and the lady tells me $39.99 to clean the coat but "with all that hair??", she asks... I said "yes..." and she says that's "disgusting" and isn't even sure she wants to take it... WTF?? It's hair. Not vomit, not feces, not urine, nothing sticky, crusty, etc. literally just a patch of cat hair. Then she looks shocked when I say "ok never mind then, thanks!" and walk out. Worst customer service ever! LMAO

I brought in 11 pieces of clothing for my wedding weekend Wednesday afternoon and they had everything ready to go Thursday before noon. Great service and they really helped accommodate me on short notice. I will absolutely use them again.

Cascade HAD been great for 20 years. Today was the last straw. One shirt was $11, up from $4, we had just had it. No warning. Pants have tripled. We just feel taken advantage of and we’re done here. Unbelievable decline in care for their customers. Be careful if you go here.

I came to this business because it had good reviews. I'm sorry I did. The two older ladies were rude and very passive aggressive. My husband had the first two interactions with them and came back saying they were rude both times. They told both of us in a condescending tone that of course they would call and let us know when the garments were ready to be picked up. (I called to follow up if they could wash the dress) After 15 days we had to call them. They replied, "oh ya it's ready". When picking up the items, they had lost the garment bag my wedding dress was in and when asked about getting it back or one in replace, the lady lost her mind. I asked when I could expect to pick up a new one and she flipped out on me saying she doesn't know. I received a text from them shortly after I left saying "whoops it was in the back the whole time." When I picked up the bag, I was calm and quiet, the lady asked "are you mad at me?" I just smiled and walked out, not giving the energy back. After getting home I realized it was the wrong bag, had water and dirt stains on the bottom of it and someone else's nice hanger. When calling back to ask about our hanger they immediately said, "we don't have anything of yours anymore." We didn't even mention the bag being wrong. Yikes. Worst customer service ever. I'm glad there were other people in there to see how y'all treat people. We won't be going back nor recommending this place. Ladies, let's be more nice.

I was on a road trip from California when I pulled out my dress I planned to wear that weekend at a wedding, and realized it was full of wine stains from the last time I'd worn it. I found cascade cleaners online and they were so kind and understanding of my timeline. They did a great job cleaning it and even sent it to me when I realized I forgot to pick it up. Very reliable, kind, and understanding. I recommend them to anyone!
