Great service, and they were even able to fix my zipper for free.

Great local business! They were closed on Friday and myself along with another customer needed our clothes and the owner came and opened up the store for us.

Sorry, but your Google maps information shows that you’re open until 5 PM, I live pretty far out of town and three times have tried to come pick up my clothes and you guys were not open per your Google times. Please update your open times and I will change my star from one to five!

Just paid 176.85 for them to wash clothes I could’ve washed at home. I specifically took them to the cleaners to be de-haired. I’m mind blown. How is this even a thing. Severely dissatisfying experience. We looked at the clothes together beforehand and she said 100% it could be done and it wasn’t bad. But when I pick them up they’re the same with less wrinkles. Umm…

Had a cat pee issue on a lovely Croscill quilted comforter, pillow sham and decorative pillow last month. Called, spoke with Kathy and since dry cleaning was the care specified she let me know that dry cleaning chemicals would not remove a protein substance like cat pee. But that she could hand wash, hang to dry and then run it through the dry cleaning process and hope that would work. Brought the items in and a few days later picked them up like new and NO cat pee odor. Customer for life and am sharing the news with friends! Thank you for saving my comforter set. Michele Kelley

The silk dress I brought in was a mess. Party damage! They removed the stains and the dress looked like new. I highly recommend this business.

Hey, thanks for letting me pay almost $40 for the privilege of your business permanently marring an originally $1,200 Hungarian down comforter by \"cleaning\" a dog blood stain *into* the comforter's fabric. If I had known/been informed you don't look at comforters to treat any stains first before cleaning as this was not a small stain - quarter sized on white fabric - I would have pre-treated with hydrogen peroxide myself.

I always use Cascade Cleaners for all my dry cleaning! I just took in my wedding dress that got absolutely destroyed and completely brown and muddy from dancing in the rain, and they miraculously salvaged my dress!!! Truly the best dry cleaners in town!

I finally found my dry cleaner in Central Oregon after a couple bad experiences elsewhere with damaged clothing.... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN BEND OR YOU'll PAY THE PRICE. GO HERE!!! Friendly owner and staff with great quality care.

Rude, passive-aggressive, childish, argumentative customer service. Would never recommend to anyone for ANY service. Would take the "one star" off if I could.

Rude and greedy. The woman charged me for dry cleaning when I asked for clothes to be laundered. With a lot of attitude, she insisted that my shirts were silk and had to be dry cleaned. The tags said they were machine washable polynosic and polyester material.... not silk. I told her the same shirts had been laundered a dozen times in the past at different cleaners because they weren't silk. She actually told me that she didn't care about hurting my shirts and that she only cared about damaging her heat press. Not believing me is one thing but not following the instructions on the clothing tags is just pathetic. She couldn't care less about repeat business so go anywhere else.
