We used cascade design center for the interior decoration of our new home. We specifically worked with Leah. I felt she did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with. We were a bit indecisive and made several changes. She was very accommodating non-judge mental and was willing to work with us. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Just don't judge a book by its cover people are way too fast to do that. I would highly suggest using cascade design center as they have incredible experience and do a wonderful job and get you to the right contractor Who will do superb work.

Do not work with Leah. She is drama! She is easily offended and doesn't care what you as the customer wants or thinks.!

Beware of Leah, she gave us a quote in writing then went back and raised the price when we had decided to go with them. Glad we bailed, if that's the way they do business. Bad at returning phone calls, emails,etc. Look at Summers instead.

Love, love, love this place. Are used to live in band and came here often for all kinds of wonderful household gifts personal items and clothing. Everything is so unique and affordable. I don’t live in Bend anymore but is soon as I come back to town I always visit cascade design center as soon as I arrive. It’s definitely a favorite

Less than 1 star, the owners of this company are incredibly immature and judgmental--rude to their employees and customers on a child-like level. I feel sorry for whoever works here, and also for people who have to work with Rhonda & Leah.

Cascade Design far exceeded my expectations in their design help, quality expectation and overall hand-holding we needed to build our home. I was skeptical of using a design center and believed we could save a bunch picking our own materials. I was honest with them when starting the project but they were adamant it would cost me no more to use them and they were just as honest and reassuring that they were price competitive as anyplace else. What I didn't know at the time was the untiring help they provided even with picking paint colors. When we picked other providers materials they didn't flinch and were just as helpful. I can't overemphasize how much guidance (and psychological soothing) they provided through the building process. It was stressful beyond our ability to deal with it. Ronda answered our calls for assistance over and over. I'd never do another build or remodel without them. When there was the slightest question of installation, they redid work. They were incredibly patient with us as stressed out home builders. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great inventory and showroom but they can help you with custom orders to fit your budget and style. Fantastic customer service (I worked with Rebecca)! This gem is a little hidden but so easy to get to - right off Hwy 20 and lots of parking. They have so many ideas, it was a bit overwhelming. Rebecca helped my organize my thoughts and then we tackled each need separately. They're all designers so they can help with you project no matter how big or small. They also have a full contract crew of subs to help get your pieces properly installed. One stop shop!

I have completed an interior remodel that took a craftsman style home into the realm of contemporary. Ronda instantly knew what I wanted and helped me design a smashing new bathroom and kitchen besides coordinating the rest of the home so that it flows. I love my new spaces and working with both Ronda and Cy, who handled all the subs through the project. They are both very competent in their fields as well as gracious people that you will want to keep as your friends.

We had an amazing transformation on a newly purchased home. Ronda had perfect suggestions for our budget, Paul kept us informed on when subs would arrive, it all tied together with our existing furniture. We love it! I would highly recommend without any reservation.
