We moved to Bend in June of 2021 from Nashville, TN. We found Jaclyn Oakland of the Ladd Group online and liked her right away because of her video. Choosing a realtor from afar is always a gamble, but we hit the jackpot with Jaclyn. We knew it was a tough market for buyers and knew we needed a Realtor with a hard work ethic and with connections. Jaclyn did an outstanding job for us. On our very first full day in town, she drove us around showing us all the different neighborhoods and getting to know what we liked. She was always available to go look at houses as they hit the market. When we weren't finding what we wanted, Jaclyn tapped into her network and got us in to see a home that had not yet hit the market. It was perfect. Then she helped us craft a strong offer, advising us on what sellers are looking for in a very strong seller's market. We ended up getting our dream home without having to be in a bidding war with other buyers. We are grateful for all that Jaclyn did for us to find the perfect home!

Terrible people. Wendolyn cooper contacted me to show a property. I told her no, it my birthday i have plans. She shows up anyways and brings several clients in to my home with no masks thinking I was not home. She then apologized to the potential clients and not me. What a horrible realtor and person. Not trustworthy give your money to someone who deserves it.

Cascade Sotheby's International may be the best option for those of you who have a budget over $1M. This agency was not our first choice but someone we know mentioned them so we thought we'd give them a try. Not knowing any of the agents in Central Oregon office, we were assigned to Ms. Brand. To her credit, she is very personable and friendly but not knowledgeable about the market. She even had trouble finding addresses and lacked some crucial details for them. She was not well-prepared. We thought this a bit strange since she must live in the area. In the end, we only needed her for handling the paperwork on a property we already found on our own. We don't recommend this agency or any other really. With countless online resources, all real estate agents do is literally open the door to the house so you can see it.

We are first time homebuyers in an extremely competitive market and Sheila Balyeat went above and beyond to find us a dream home in our targeted neighborhood and within our budget. In addition to being incredibly nice and easy to work with, Sheila has an incredible depth of experience that was essential to finding the right place and to screening out listings that were not a good fit. She kept us within budget and showed us listings that were a great value; she was honest and candid about the pros and cons of each and did not try to up sell us out of our budget. Sheila was prompt and responsive at every step of the process and treated us with the same level of professionalism, respect, and service irrespective of the smaller size of our transaction. It is quite remarkable to encounter this level of excellence and professionalism in any particular trade or craft---I am in awe. If we ever need a realtor again, as sellers, buyers, or both, Sheila is our first and only phone call!

About a year ago, we were looking for an agent in the area and an acquaintance referred us to them. Big mistake! Since our purchase was a low dollar amount, the broker we were referred to passed us off to someone else who was new to real estate. Later, I learned from another agent who also works for this company (but not the same office), that the brokers at Old Mill are elitists and only work with people who are looking in the $1M+ range. Really? How arrogant of them! We just sold a home in Washington County and are looking for our dream retirement place in Bend/Redmond. We are looking for properties up to $2M. But, sadly we won't be working with this agency. If our money wasn't good enough before, they aren't getting it now! No ethics.

Met Breanne to show us some properties in the Bend Area. What a great choice. Friendly, flexible and confident. I great agent to help you find your forever home, vacation home or vacation rental property. We started a great relationship and look forward to working with her in the future.
