Sold a house listed with Carmen Cook. Poor communication, did not look out for our interests, lackluster negotiation skills cost us thousands of dollars, did not even bother to show up for the signing!

During the recent sale of our property in south county dealing Scott Tuttle turned out to be the single worst experience in dealing with a Realtor. We have bought Houses, Appartments, build house, rented them/sold them in the last 35 years and have never had such a poor performing Realtor to work with. Communication was not part of his vocabulary(nothing in a 4 month period). Not present at the final signing, no follow-up after the fact. Not even a "thanks-Good By". And this was a $950,000.00 Listing
