I showed up today at 12:40 (they close at 1:00). The doors were locked. I drive over to the drive through & sat their, waiting for 25 minutes, with the call button on. The lights were on & employees cars were there. This is totally unacceptable! We are driving 5 hours to go pick up an RV & we really needed a cashiers check! We will be pulling all of our money out & taking it elsewhere. My husband has already moved all of his business banking, for the company, to another bank. They treated them awful, after my father in-law died.

We recently bought a home close to this Chase branch. Because I already had a Chase credit card I opted to open a couple of bank accounts here.
I visited the bank several days ago to open a new checking account, as I was unable to complete the transaction online, due to a system glitch. (I even went through the application process on my phone in front of the teller to confirm it wasn’t user error)
No one was available to meet with us last week, so we scheduled an appointment with the teller to come in today and open the account(s). Upon arrival we were told that there was no record of an appointment and that the person we would need to meet with was tied up with other clients.
There was no offer to rectify the situation in any way, no offer to reschedule, just an “I’m sorry.”
I’m sorry as well. You only get that one chance to make a first impression and this experience was not a good one. After reading other reviews for this and other Chase locations, there seems to be a dire need for management to address the level and quality of service that is being provided.

Made an appointment specifically to apply for a credit card. Took care of a few other things like liking accounts. The person helping us had to make a call about the credit application because my credit file was locked thru Experian. I unlocked it and they “confirmed” that it was. 2 months later, wondering where my card or denial letter was, called to check on it, there’s no record of my application.

I brought my business banking to Chase three years ago with the promise that as a Private Client I was going to get special treatment, what a joke. I was originally assigned to a private banker in the branch, who I never heard from, then got farmed off to someone in Washington. I never heard from them either.
I recently applied for a business line of credit, I knew I was probably wasting my time. I went into the branch and was told that they couldn’t help me because I was assigned to a “business relationship manager” this time the guy is in Arizona, I live in Bend, Oregon!
I submit the same documents three times, once in the branch, once via email and once on there application portal. I don’t get return calls or emails from the underwriter after I returned her call and email.
When I reach out to my “business relationship manager” via email to voice my displeasure at the lack of communication I get an out of office reply that he is out for a week…par for the course.
Don’t waste your time or money on this institution, you will get better service from almost anywhere else. I’ll be pulling my assets shortly as well.

All of their operations don’t seem to line up. I can not cash a check there even with having a bank account? Which does not make sense.
If you deposit a check online through your mobile app you will receive as much as 500 of your check, but when you go inside they will simply only give you 200 max. Makes no sense and I will be switching banks now after almost 6 years of being with chase. Very disappointing.

Been with Chase for over a decade and they’ve been trending downhill. The lack of help even for being a Private Client is mind-boggling it’s been months and I still can’t open a business investing account after leaving messages with every single Private Client banker in town. I finally got a hold of someone in Washington and they said it has to be directed by them. Don’t waste your time go to a small local bank where you can get real service. I’ll be pulling my assets shortly.

Can't access your money at the drive up atm 75% of the time and the building has no walk up atms. This place has inconvenienced me countess times. Chase has lots of money. Update your building and access to services.

The costumer service at this branch is non existent. I have called ahead more than once to try to get help from someone willing to put on an N95 mask. They refused to provide a service unless I went to the Franklin branch in person. Finally one nice man said he would so I went down with a new mask for him and I wore one. When I got there the branch manager would not allow him to do it. She was once again rude and unsympathetic, though she had no idea what my reasons were. It was a simple request and I have had our money with them for over 30 years. Go elsewhere.

Got to the parking lot 12 min before closing. Persone saw us pull in. They proceeded to lock the door and not allow us in 12 min befor closing time stated on the door. 12 minutes really, what about customer service. Work your full shift and be open your posted hours. Very rude and unacceptable.
