Rachel Yang at this Chase location gave me one of the most flawless business banking experiences I’ve ever had. She was kind knowledgeable and most of all helpful. Creating a business banking account can be a little bit of a headache and she made the process easy. If you’re looking to open a business checking account I highly recommend booking an appointment with Rachel.

Handicap spots..spacious parking lot...always friendly..and should You need services inside Bank.They were most edifying !When identity theft reared it's ugly head..they honed in on key issues and how to stop the Thieves in their tracks..assisted Immediately via phone and with savy ways to thwart this scarry menace in person when timing was essential!!! They've been My Bank in 3 States over30 years..present Bend location for 4 years...I very much appreciate their warmth and professionalism! PS:This G reenwood location has far easier parking and drive thru than downtown...for My purposes.

Shame on this bank! They knowingly cashed a almost 4k check that was in 2 people's names because one of the people (aka the thief) had a account with them and didn't require the other person to of signed and when we confronted them about it and informed them it was stolen money they basically told us to kick rocks! Shame on them! (YES police have been called and are following up but don't have high hopes sadly....)

One department at Chase can't communicate with another department at Chase. I went to this branch to make a payment to the auto loan dept. But the auto department couldn't see the payment I made. After waiting for over an hour at this branch to make sure the payment went through I had to get back to work. I got a call from the auto department that Riley at the branch couldn't answer their question so I had to leave work and go back into the branch and have the teller call the auto department. I asked to speak with the manager and she said "Riley can't see the right screen". Because Riley couldn't get to the right screen or ask another employee to help, I had to come back in the branch to make it happen. Shocking!!

Been with them for 30 years. From western bank, Wamu to chase and it was fabulous with western bank, wamu ok and chase is awful. Use to have personal/business bankers, tellers and managers that could actually do something. Never any staff in the bank when you need to talk to someone and forget calling the branch. Wait at drive thru is awful and a new face every time. Charges for everything. Closes at 5:00 so forget making a deposit or change if you are a business. They are automating everything so I guess they want us to use online which is fine for most things but then don’t charge for everything, ie. Counter check, cashiers check, monthly statement fee, wire transfer, etc…. Take your money where you are a customer and appreciated.P.s. pandemic $$$was a joke, and they only gave $$$to their top clients and let the small business fend for itself. Well guess what chase, small businesses thrived and survived.

I was trying to set up an Estate account, had an appointment with a banker, showed up on time to find out the banker was sick. She had been sick for 4 days and I never got a call. The bank manager said they don't do that. Gave her my # and she never called to set up another appointment. Ended up going to 1st Interstate and had an account in 20 minutes!

I wanted to call them to see if they had Notary available as the last time I was there they had limited services available. What a joke. No options to speak to anyone on phone. This bank appears to be in utter disarray.

I was trying to set up an Estate account, had an appointment with a banker, showed up on time to find out the banker was sick. She had been sick for 4 days and I never got a call. Good luck getting them on the phone. Called multiple times with no answer, can't leave a voice mail and no option for a callback. Really unfortunate.
