Worst HR ever. Wouldn't recommend working at any Lithia. Lithia doesn't even have a person you can call at HR for payroll. Human Resources is a joke here, they don't value their workers. But the benefits sure look good This is also why I'm guessing they go by "Chevrolet of Bend" instead of Lithia.

I REGRET BUYING A CAR FROM CHEVY! Awful customer service and they basically told me to get bent. My first time buying from a dealer and I WILL NEVER encouage anyone to buy from them. Ever. They're nice and all but I bought a used car from them and not even a week later the battery died, I've had to put $400 extra fixing leaks and other issues within the first month oh having it. The seller said it was in condition and the mechanics had said it was all good. Wish I hadnt spent the money on the car. Hopefully yall have better luck.

While traveling from my home in Washington state to California my Trailblazer broke down in Bend. The folks at Chevrolet of Bend were a lifesaver and have been wonderful in helping me out of a very stressful situation. I couldn't be happier with their great service.

We were really happy with our experience at Litha Chevrolet in Bend. My wife and I are slow to make decisions. It took us over a month to finally find a vehicle we liked, and even longer to decide to make a purchase. Over this period, everyone at the dealership was helpful, kind and low pressure. We wanted to say an extra thanks to Steve Smith and Scott Keller for making the whole process easy and enjoyable. We certainly recommend this outfit for anyone looking for a new ride.

Worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. Scott, the finance manager, told us the bank required us to buy a warranty, gap insurance and a service package in order to get approved. Well, after communicating with the bank we discovered that under NO circumstances does the bank require any of that! So, Scott was just trying to make a bigger sale by lying and screwing over my family. We weren’t able to take the vehicle home on the day of purchase because they had to do a safety ch

My name was probably under a different last name but trust me I have receipts from this place. If you would like me to provide you with them I am more than happy to.I also have photos of my vehicle before it went in and when it came back with the screws hanging from the bottom of the particular place that I asked them to check which were not hanging when I took it in unfortunately this place is taught me to take photos before and after!

One of the worst experiences I have had. These people lied to me the whole time.I had a pre-approval they didnt even use, they said i was approved through i don't every know and i signed a contract wrote a check for my down payment for that Subaru they have listed. They told me the car was mine and i just had to wait for my check to go through to take the car home. It was upsetting but that was the policy. I them talked to a few people and called them to cancel the deal and

First the Jeep we were to purchase was advertised and appeared ready for sale. Then I was put back one day from an agreed date to purchase. I was told it was a detailing issue holding up the sale. When arriving on the now correct date we saw our salesman actively "detailing" the Jeep. There were a few things that I wasn't completely happy with about the Jeep but it is a 2010 with only 58000 miles. We bought it brought it home and in just a few days the malfunction indicator light came on. In a Jeep they do not call it a check engine light it is a malfunction indicator. It was determined to have a crack in the fuel fill spout that caused a vacuum leak. I did not put even 500 miles on it. To say it cracked after I purchased it without ever leaving the road ( no off-roading ) , well, it is possible. It is also possible this was a pre-existing condition, which is much more likely. When I gave the salesman an offer for the Jeep he said "oh no we do not have that sort of markup. I also traded in a vehicle and was paid very close to $41,000 for it. Three days later they had it listed for $51,999, it is now down to around $45,000 on their site. That is in my opinion a rather large markup at $52,000. We left our garage door remote in our vehicle but called our salesman 2 hours later and informed him. Can you imagine the number of items a car dealer might find who takes in used vehicles? He completely dropped the ball and now our remote is lost. I do not blame Bend Chevrolet for me leaving my remote behind. I blame them for failing at such a simple issue. So shop here if you wish to be lie to by your salesman, or shop here to get a used vehicle with pre existing issues. Either way you wan't enjoy the experience.

Apparently didn't need the service after all, and they didn't tell me. I had to read it on the paperwork.

The entire buying process was actually very enjoyable. The salesman, Brian, had exceptional customer service skills with no pressure to buy. Brian & his assiciates were great to work with. I'm very glad to have purchased my truck from this dealership. My LTZ is awesome! I would definitely recommend taking time to try them out in person or on-line.

Called a couple weeks ahead and made an appointment for service/oil change. Got there a few min early, handed my truck off right away, and waited ~35 minutes. Whole thing took less than an hour in & out! They're also well adjusted for COVID precautions.
