Went in for routine service and left with a scuffed sideview mirror. I hate writing a bad review but these guys left me no choice.
I noticed immediately after getting home from the appointment that there were scratches and blue/green paint on my passenger sideview mirror.
Normally I would have chalked it up to some random occurrence but I had just washed the truck by hand the night before and spent a huge amount of time removing bugs from the sideview mirrors and polishing them with 303. The truck was parked off street with the mirrors in as it always is. In the morning it was driven the mile or so to the shop. Zero chance the mirror was biffed during this process. After the appointment it was driven a mile or so home. Again, zero chance anything happened to the mirror.
After the appointment, they checked in to see how it went. I explained what I thought happened and told them that it required no further action, I just wouldn't plan on using them for service in the future.
I got no response.
That would have been a good time to say, "Hey, we're really sorry. Come down to our body shop and they'll try to buff it out." Or, "Hey, Mr. Jerk, we don't even have blue/green walls in our shop so you can go right to hell!"
Instead they chose silence, which is weird, so I had to say something.

Although I not did purchase from Chevrolet of Bend, salesman Chris went out of his way during my multiple visits to understand and try to meet my vehicle needs. He truly is an exceptional person.

I went into Bend Chevrolet and was greeted by sales representative Larry Markins. Larry was fantastic, he was very polite and was willing to sit down and discuss the potential trade-in of my vehicle and the sale of a 2024 Colorado. We spoke for a while and Larry was very attentive and personable. After speaking for a while, Larry gave me his business card and I provided Larry my contact information for potential follow up.
Later that evening, while checking my email, Larry had emailed me thanking me for considering a purchase from Bend Chevy and said if I questions to please call him.
A few days went by and I called Larry telling him my wife and I wanted to look at a specific Colorado. Larry bent over backwards to make sure the vehicle was available and completely detailed before scheduling an appointment for us to come in.
The appointment was set and when my wife and I arrived, the vehicle was fully detailed and parked out front of the dealership. Larry was punctual and worked with us showing us options on the vehicle and answering any questions we had. When I asked him and obscure question about one of the features, Larry knew the answer. Larry took us on a test drive and explained specific attributes of the vehicle, which was very helpful in making a decision to purchase the vehicle.
We returned to the dealership and began the purchase. Larry was honest and didn’t make promises he couldn’t back up. Larry was very friendly and did everything in his power to get us the maximum value out of our trade-in.
Larry introduced us to Joe and to Randy who were part of the sales team. Everyone involved with the sale and trade-in was friendly and very professional. The overall sales experience was timely and exceptional.
If you are looking to purchase a new Chevrolet, my wife and I would highly recommend Larry to represent you in your sales experience..
Thank you Larry!!!!

I recently traded in my car for a new to me pickup. The Sales Associate, Randon, did not disclose that there was only one key fob for the pickup so I was not able to make this item part of my negotiations. I delivered my car with two fobs and I followed through with a windshield replacement for them on my trade in under my insurance. However, when I found the pickup only had one key after taking delivery, I asked them to provide a second one. I spoke with and texted my sales associate at least 6 times about the issue with no follow through. I left a message with the sales manager, Chris Wilson, with no response. This is a no brainer for customer satisfaction and safety. I spent three weeks giving them an opportunity to make this right with zero action on their part. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Joe Patnode is the man. 1 year ago he got me the truck I wanted at a fair price. He fought for me as a customer and saved me thousands of dollars at a time where dealerships around this country were adding markups to new vehicles. He is an outstanding example of what a quality salesman looks like. After the sale I’ve gone back to him several times with issues and he has never disappointed and always lived up to doing what’s right for me as a customer. Joe’s exemplary performance in his role is why I’ll continue to buy vehicles from Chevrolet of Bend.

Thank you Chris and Randy!! I drove 3 hours to see them and they made every second worth it. I will be making the trip to see Chris every time I need a new car. Both he and Randy were beyond friendly and helpful, they are massive assets to this company!! If I could've given them a tip, I definitely would have!

I had the best car buying experience at Chevy! We gave Randon a laundry list of things we needed in a vehicle and he came through! Called us and got us in our dream car!! The process was fast, easy, and they addressed and fixed any problems that came up. Overall, the dealership met all my expectations and provided excellent service throughout the car buying process!

We worked with Steve to purchase a new Tahoe Z71 and thoroughly appreciated the experience. Like many, we anticipate an aggressive sales approach just by setting foot on a dealer lot. It can make an attempt to browse or shop at our own pace uncomfortable and even adversarial at times. What I appreciated about Steve was his perceptiveness of the pace we wanted to move. He knew the cars well but let the car sell itself (or not) rather than actively pushing. Great job! Once we had decided to move forward on the purchase, the paperwork was easy. Again, Steve prepped the rest of the team on our needs - no lengthy presentation about scotch guarding the seats or the car will fall apart. The document signing guy (finance director ) - Scott Keller - was equally efficient and attuned to our needs. Just quick and easy. From sitting down to talk after test drives to driving off the lot took about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in after hours, stating we needed a new alternator because that is what we were told at Les Schwab, after they changed the battery they felt it was a bad alternator. Fearful to drive far, we went across the street where we purchased the car and left if for repair. We could not talk with anyone because it was a Saturday. So we trusted they would do the right thing and help with the repair. The next business day,Terry who works in the service department was very rude! He talked with me after the repairs had been done, not before, and said," it took me 2 minutes to test the alternator and we determined the alternator was fine but because that is what I requested he just felt that he should go ahead and do that." The repair work was done with no call or questioning as to why I wanted this done or to let me know that the test didn't fail and it showed the alternator to be fine. He should have reached out and asked me why and discussed the findings. He was completely rude and very unprofessional. WE were also charged over GM retail pricing for the part.

Just before getting into Bend on a Memorial Day weekend roadtrip, the water pump in my truck went out, jeopardizing our whole trip from Utah. I called and talked to several shops in the area and they were all booked. I called Chevrolet of Bend and asked if they'd be able to take a look at it even with the busy Memorial Day weekend; they said they'd do their best to help me out. I had the truck towed there on Friday and the service was phenomenal. Everyone I talked to was extremely kind. Brady took the warranty information, got it approved, and the truck was completely fixed the same day. I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround with most shops and dealers being booked out for weeks. Greatly appreciated the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in or passing through the area.
