Unbelievably rude. When dropping off my dog for her first visit, I forgot to tell them about two bumps she had. I called them to notify them of their presence and location, in order to help them avoid nicking her. They claimed that they were touching her and that there were no such bumps. They're both the size of a half dollar and she's a small dog. I described the exact location. Then they indeed nicked her in 3 different locations, and she was bloody. Nobody told us at pickup. I understand that these things happen, but be honest. There's no reason to be rude to a client, and to essentially call me a liar. Safety of the dogs is the most important thing. Now my dog is hurt, possibly because they didn't listen.

I tried three other groomers until i found Clean Mutts \\u0026 Puppy Cuts. None of them groomed my fur baby how I wanted. They have groomed him five times now and every time I'm so pleased with the results.

Only place I've come to in bend and will definitely continue too! In the past my dogs have always dreaded the groomer so when I got a new Australian Shepherd puppy I wanted to make sure he got used to it early. They started grooming Enzo when he was only ten weeks andand it's always been such a good experience for him that he now runs to the door excited to go in when we get there. At ten months now he has a crazy amount of energy and I can't imagine he makes it easy for them to groom and yet he always comes back happy, looking and smelling great for weeks after.

Happy to have freshly cleaned and deshedded puppy. Staff was GREAT, friendly and commutative. I received a confirmation call the day prior of my appointment, which I loved because I did need to book a couple weeks in advance. All the services were explained with great details, and they were happy to answer all of my many questions. My wait time was right on the dot and when I came back my dog, Koda, was fresh and fluffy. Looking forward to his next appointment.

I’d like to begin this review by saying that Clean Mutts and Puppy Cuts can produce a wonderful haircut for your dog. This is the only reason they are receiving more than one star from me. I’ve had a number of interactions with these people that were unfortunately less than pleasant. For starters, our dog is a small breed (bichon frise/shih tzu). We brought him in for his first haircut at 5-6 months old, and this was our most pleasant experience with this company. They were understanding of his nervousness, and they gave him a very cute haircut. After this, our experiences with this company went down hill. For our next visit, our dog Bo was 8 months old. Shortly after dropping him off for his 3 hour long appointment I got a call saying Bo was behaving poorly and they would be adding an additional charge due to this bad behavior. That conversation included them saying “we don’t charge extra for bad behavior when the dog is a puppy, but Bo is 2-3 years old now so he should know better”. Keep in mind, Bo was only 8 months old at this point and this was his second haircut ever. When I mentioned that he was in fact not 2-3 years old and just 8 months, they said it didn’t matter and they are adding the charge regardless. Our next 2 visits here were not much better. Extra charges, and lots of harsh judgment toward us with bad attitudes. Our most recent visit is why I’m writing this review, not bringing Bo back, and why I STRONGLY urge anyone with anxious dogs or non-shedding breeds to avoid Clean Mutts and Puppy Cuts. We initially scheduled our 3 hour appointment 6 weeks prior to begin at 8am so Bo would be the first in for the day and have the most attention possible (per their suggestion). My partner and I both worked this morning, so my mother was the one dropping him off. My mom had to go to the hospital early this morning for my grandma who has dementia, and she got slowed down there. She realized she was running around 15 minutes late to drop Bo off. At 8:08am, I received a voicemail from Clean Mutts and Puppy cuts saying that if Bo was more than 15 minutes late, they would not see him for his 3 hour long appointment today, and they would not see him for any future appointments. My mom arrived at 8:16am. 1 minute past their cutoff, and they said they would not see him, and they would never see him again. Keep in mind, this was a 3 hour long appointment for a 12lbs dog. They have never once used the full 3 hours for his appointment. There is no excuse to not see a paying customer for running late when we were caught up at the hospital. I don’t see this as a loss. Bo is a dog that loves everyone and is incredibly well socialized as he lives in a law office half time and meets many people. He’s always happy, and is incredibly excited to see everyone, even his vet… except the staff of Clean Mutts and Puppy Cuts. When Bo enters the waiting room, he’s visibly distressed and shaking with fear. I believe the culture of this groomer is unacceptable. Please think twice before bringing your dog to Clean Mutts and Puppy cuts. They don’t care about their clients or their dogs.

I took my German shepherd/husky here, he tends to be pretty timid and skittish when I'm not around but he did so much better here than he has anywhere else! He came back super happy, totally dry and was visibly not shedding as much (I've taken him to other groomers where he comes back still wet or shedding a ton still.) The people working were very nice and friendly and told me how he did while I was gone, which is always a nice update to have.I'll definitely take him here again when I need to, it's very fairly priced and they do a great job!

This is the only place in Oregon I would take my dogs to. I'm extremely picky w/ who works on my 4 dogs. I have 3 elderly Golden's and one GSD who hates other dogs. Buddy's a handful, but he is an angel with them, and has no dog aggression there. They always have taken exceptional care of all of my dogs. All four of them never hesitate when I drop them off there and they are always completely dry (that's a biggie to me) and beautifully groomed. When I pick them up they are happy, not fearful. This place is the real deal
