The Mercedes dealership here in Bend attempted to fix my sliding door but only made it worse. One hour at Coach Masters of Bend and my door was working good as new. Thanks, Francisco!

Based on early indications and interactions we think we will be increasing our rating. We have delivered our rig to there shop and are anxious to pick it up in a week or two.

We had an accident to our 20' travel trailer leaving damage to one side of the trailer including a destroyed door and awning. After approaching a couple other shops, I wandered into Coach Masters and was found by their lead body work specialist, Trent. In a couple days we had an estimate and schedule to return our trailer back to the road in a few weeks. I am impressed by the professional way this shop approach is their work and the effort they make to communicate with clients. The workmanship was excellent and the relationship these guys have with suppliers made repairs much quicker than I dared hope for. Thank you Coach Masters!

Good honest folks providing quality service, not cheap, but if you wanted to save money you should not have purchased an RV.

These guys are the best! I was traveling through and was leaking coolant. Although they were extremely busy, they fit me in and got me moving on. Highly recommend!

Not sure whats happened to them bit they're definitely not the same. They charge $180 an hour and do half a**ed work. We've spent a large amount of money there and have had trouble with everything the touch. They definitely have gone downhill. My advice is to avoid them!

Shady business, Do not use, they will not stand behind their work . I took my 91 Fleetwood to them to investigate a clunking in my front end. Not only did they not fix the problem they cracked my exhaust manifold. Blake is a liar and tried smoke and mirrors to confuse me. Scott is no better. It's going to cost me a few $1000 to fix their damage.

This review has nothing to do with the people at Coach Masters or their competence. They are all wonderful and excellent at what they do. It is simply because of their labor rate and their line "$189/hour is standard for the industry", for Bend, OR, is simply inaccurate. I called 12 local RV Repair businesses and only one had a similar rate. The rest averaged $147/hour (28% less, a substantial difference in a small town such as ours) and that number is inflated because of the one similar to Coach Masters. The majority charge $125-$150 and have excellent reviews. Further, I have been a paying customer of Coach Masters for 6 years - does that loyalty deserve to be rewarded? Maybe, maybe not, but they refused to even address the question which is unfortunate. Again, great business with great people. If you don't mind being overcharged, you won't regret the work they do. But you might save a few hundred bucks going elsewhere and receive the same level of service.
