Everyone should try fat bikes, as a family of four did a tour and had a unique and cool experience going for a bike ride in the snow. The guide did great with tailoring the experience to each person, so teenage boys had a blast riding fast and trying little tricks, and parents enjoyed a peaceful ride on a beautiful snow-covered trail. A small hike up to the viewing platform of a waterfall was absolutely gorgeous. Another guest spent a day on a gravel bike and saw some epic spots. The company was responsive and fair when a problem occurred with a bike and went out of their way to help. A beginner guided tour was perfect for the skill level, and everyone listened to interests and concerns. Shuttle runs were good and the biking was awesome. When a GARMIN watch was left in the van, the guide found it and shipped it the next day. Fantastic people and a great experience.

Awesome service, bikes, and guides. Spent a day out with Bill on a gravel bike and saw some epic spots in Bend! They were responsive and fair when we encountered a problem with one of our bikes and they went out of their way to help us out. Much appreciated. Justin took us in a beginner guided tour. It was perfect for our skill level. We had a great time! Highly recommended. I feel that everyone listened to our interests and concerns and made the adventure a lot of fun!
