What a horrible experience I have had at the St. Charles pharmacy this evening. The woman named Victoria at the front made my already very difficult day even worse. I was mocked, made fun of, and ridiculed by Victoria. She thought it was a good idea to speak poorly about me to her coworker so loudly that not only I could hear it, but everyone waiting in line. As a health care worker, I would never speak about anyone the way she spoke about me. Not only should you have the morals to be a kind person, but we as healthcare workers are expected to be empathetic and kind to the people we work with. How unprofessional and disgusting. You should know there there are people from all walks of life coming to the hospital, with very different family dynamics. I’m sorry you don’t have the emotional intelligence to treat customers and patients with respect. I think you chose the wrong career.

It seems a little odd to write a review for a pharmacy but I have never had such a positive experience before like I have had with the Community Pharmacy at St. Charles. Every interaction I have had with the staff there has been pleasant. They are helpful and friendly every time. Even in the middle of this COVID pandemic they have been great. I am so glad we switched to this pharmacy!

Quick service and always helpful on the phone. Very professional and the pharmacist is always pleasant and answers all questions.

Call in my prescription at 9:00am. Recording says it will be ready by noon. Try to pick it up at 3:30. Stand in line for 15 minutes to be told they are in the middle of processing it and it will be another 15-30 minutes. All for 12 pills. They must count very slowly.
