Conni is an excellent teacher/coach. In sessions with her she gives clear and consistent prompts. She gives individual attention to her clients and makes sure their form is correct. She is aware of the physical needs of her clients and works with each client’s specific needs. Conni is currently studying to be a health and wellness coach and this can only be a bonus to her clients!

I've been working with Conni at her studio for 2 months now. Every session is amazing. She has helped me move more fluently and become more aware of my body and taking care of it. She has improved my walking, sitting and core strength. She tailors every session to my abilities. She is truly amazing.

My sixty-year-old body feels GREAT! After decades of sports injuries and 33 years of being a dentist—leaning over my patients every day—my back, neck and shoulders were constant problems. I now feel better than ever. Connie Ramsey, at Core Movement Pilates and Yoga Studio has done more for me than any other bodywork or exercise program. What I like best is she has taught me to recognize and feel my body position, how my muscles and joints work together. Having never experienced Pilates before, I was reluctant to try the large classes around town. Connie’s beautiful, small studio was perfect! Connie is a rare combination: a superb teacher, an interesting and interested person and an ever-seeking master of her art.

Conni is a highly competent and very intuitive Pilates and yoga practitioner. Each training session with her builds upon the previous session creating a foundation for my body and movement in my daily life. Working with Conni, I not only have gained length, strength, and balance, I have also improved how I sit and walk. I am more mindful since working with Conni and she always tailors my session based on my needs.
