Cosmo Prof has always been so helpful and custom orders whatever you need and calls you when it’s in they have been amazing since they have been here. I think in the 90s? They just have everything and whatever you can’t get Solutions.
They like other businesses had problems in the pandemic and seem to have come completely through them always making sure customer service is number one.

I've been in the biz 40 years. Customer service is dead. No sales rep and customer service no longer exists. If you have a problem the best they offer is an over-seas agent who "chats" you into fury without finding resolution. It's sad honestly.

After a staff change over this store is never stocked with what I need anymore, I have tried to be patient for at least 8 weeks. Because of this I am switching color lines and choosing a different supplier.
