DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULD GIVE IT -STARS IF I COULD. Impatient with my son with a bad bed side manner, they tried to give him eye drops for dialation in the LOBBY! they didn't offer solace didn't try walking him through the process or taking him into a room where he could focus on the task, they traumatized him THEY ARE RUSHED, OVER PRICED and MONEY HUNGRY DO NOT GO HERE.

Tried to set up an appt for an eye exam. Very rude phone correspondence. Laughing at simple questions, and not answering my direct questions. Didn’t have enough time for me. Tons of loud background noise. She thought she hung up the phone, but I could hear her talking about me after she set the phone down. Hoping the exam will be more pleasant. Or maybe I’ll go elsewhere.

Great experience in the glasses department. Very friendly staff. Less than $250 for transitional, progressive lenses. $45 frames. I will always go back!

Love my prescription, Thank you Dr. Feilzer. It’s hard to find a Dr to give me the right prism in my prescription. Everyone was very professional and nice. Also helpful helping me decide what glasses fit my face. Very good experience. The price was also awesome.

Yes the price is cheap but you get what you pay for. I got my eye exam and then bought glasses. I was happy thinking it was a one stop shop - But when I got my glasses I couldn't see any better. I then went to another Optometrist to get another eye exam and now with the new prescription - I can see - Just be aware

Called to find out how much it would cost to get a pair of glasses and an eye exam and all they wanted to do was transfer me to an optometrist.I finally was able to stop her from transferring me and get a price on a pair of glasses. Got that information but I had a few more questions and she was in too much of a hurry to answer them so I said goodbye.

Made an appointment by phone. The soonest appointment available was 2 weeks out. They gave me a date and time and they took my name phone number. On the appointment day we drove for an hour to reach costco and discovered they had no appointment for us and the next appointment they could schedule was a week and half away. We will be booking with another eye doctor and not returning.

I telephoned and telephonde and telephoned and no answer. Telephoned the glasses department and was told they have three staff and was transferred; still no answer. Telephoned Costco admin and a nice person went over to the office and was told they are too busy to answer phone. I was told to leave a message and they will get back to me when they have time. Any office too busy to not have the courtesy to answer the phone is too busy to take care of me as a customer.

Would not recommend bad service the two older gals in the reception have no clue what they are doing. They need to have better customer service. FYI next time someone comes in with a 6 year old chances are they know there alphabet and are in first grade.

Went in to make an appointment lady said it may be next thursday.. other lady didn't even want to help. Worst experience ever don't ever go here.

January 4, 2019I walked in to see if they have available spots, so I asked the old lady in the front desks and she just told me that they were fully booked for 2 weeks and that’s it. I even asked her if there’s any spots I could get if ever and she completely turned me down. I was expecting that she’s going to offer me an appointment at least or asked for my phone number if ever somebody cancelled. I even asked her about my insurance and she just looked at did not run it to see if my insurance will be covering all the costs. I was very polite and she seems very rude towards me. I hate giving bad reviews, but what I’ve had experience is just terrible customer service. I don’t know if this has to do with my ethnicity because she was very helpful with a mother and son in front of me and they weren’t colored as me. Just saying.
