Came in for a rotation/balance. When I originally had the tires put on at the Costco in Portland the front right tire sensor on my car started alerting me every time I turned my car on when it was cold that the pressure was low.
I told the tall blonde guy at this location about the issue and he was rude and condescending. He told me he’d call when my car was done. Over an hour later, no call. I walked up to the counter and another guy helped me out and got my car for me.
Now, the problem is still unresolved and instead of the warning going off when it’s cold outside, it goes off every time I start the car. They made the issue worse.
I love Costco. But the tire centers are struggling to provide good service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received here, the auto shop they seem like they really don’t want to help you with your needs, just so much apathy and they question you so much, I’m getting my tires some where esle, I’m not renewing my membership this is almost the worst Costco warehouse I have dealt with,

My husband came get help with a low tire here close to closing time, gave him grief about coming close to closing time, of coarse couldn’t help him with a quote on a brand new set of tires, gave him a hard time about not getting the tires rotated there, well Costco doesn’t do alignments, Costco customer service has really gone down at this location, miss South Bend Indiana customer service Costco warehouse

Honestly Costco Auto really sucks, had a low tire at least they gave me air, of course said it’s not repairable and I would have to get a brand new set of tires, said they couldn’t put on my spare just a pile of excuses and push back about my tire warranty, not very happy with Costco customer service it is really crappy they don’t care will get my tires elsewhere,

The appointment times are estimates. I scheduled an appointment for 230 and they told me once I arrived it would be 430 before they can even pull the car into the garage. If you’re going to make an appointment, grab the earliest available slot.

Been there 2 times and had bad experiences both times. First time they never called me and the store closed so I had to ask one of the cart pushers to get a manager to get it. Second time I got there before my appointment and an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment they told me they couldn't install my tires because they didn't have enough tread on them.

Bend Costco Tire center was able to get my in for a walk in SUPER last minute. My car was wobbling and I needed a torque check and rebalancing. With only 30 min before they officially closed they were willing to take me because the bolts on my tires were loose. Super thankful for their willingness to take me last minute! I am really glad I went to them for tires.

I want to like Costco Tire Center but they are so slow. It’s impressive how slow they are. They say it’ll be done in 2 hours when it actually takes 4 hours. It’s happened 3 out 3 times.

Is 0 stars an option? Going to this tire center is the definition of stupidity. They take appointments, but do not really honor them. I waited 35 minutes to check in for my appointment today and was then told me it would be over two hours to have my seasonal tire swap completed. Last year I decided to avoid Costco because these issues are long-standing and returned today with the hope that they had sorted this out post-pandemic. Let me save you some time and let you know that it is a disorganized disaster and recommend you avoid at all costs.

Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the

Me and my partner came to grab a quick bite at the food court - a chicken bake that he's raved about for years but we don't have Costcos where I'm from. My partner was misinformed that we could go in without memberships for food courts which the man working the front entrance very rudely and snidely informed us (to great lengths) otherwise. We get that most places are protecting their goods and clientele but terrible customer service and just unreasonably belittling. I can't see why someone would be interested in purchasing a membership after that interaction.

Costco is going beyond to provide great service to put new tires on or to switch to winter tires or rotations. They are open all night. We left our car in the parking lot in the early evening and we picked up our car at 9:00 the next morning with the new tires on. I was very impressed!! Thank you Costco for thinking outside the box! I am a very satisfied customer!
