I got a minor auto body repair done, and was happy with the service from start to finish. They were able to schedule me quickly, the pricing was very reasonable- super quick work and very communicative. They also had excellent customer service ! Would definitely highly recommend and take my car here again if needed!

Simply wow! Our 2006 Toyota 4Runner was deemed totaled, but Crabtree could see that this awesome and reliable vehicle had a lot of life left in it. Way cheaper to fix than buy a comparable vehicle. Thanks Crabtree!!!

A neighbor kid gauged out my side door with a scooter and I was
really impressed by the quality of repair! The door looks as good as new and the paint matches perfectly. Really appreciative of the skill and service at Crabtree and would definitely recommend!

One star for communication and professionalism. My son had a scrape with another car. We took it to Crabtree. I left them with my contact information and asked them to send the quote to me. They did not. What they did do is call me late afternoon July 3rd with <1 hr left before closing for four days telling me I needed to pay more than I was expecting so that the could release the car to the owner. Avoidable situation and not a good way to do business.

Great service! Kind people. I was so grateful to go through Crab Tree Auto for my auto accident, they were motivated to help and communicate. Exceptional Service at Crabtree Autobody and Paint!
In a world where genuine customer service seems to be fading, Crabtree Autobody and Paint is a shining beacon of how things should be done. I recently had the pleasure of working with Britni and Josh, who provided nothing short of spectacular service. I was dealing with a persistent sensor issue on my BMW, which the “other guy” was going to charge me nearly $400 but also couldn’t offer a same-day service. This problem was especially troubling as the constant beeping was overwhelming for me, a person with high anxiety.
Josh quickly addressed and fixed the sensor issue, silencing the stressful noise and restoring peace to my day. (He literally fixed my sensor in minutes when the other shop wanted to charge me and the equivalent of my car payment.) Both he and Britni were incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the process, making me feel truly cared for during a moment of need.
It’s rare to find a shop that doesn’t just aim to turn a profit, but genuinely wants to earn your business and trust through honest, efficient, and kind-hearted service. Crabtree Autobody and Paint did just that, and I am immensely grateful. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re tired of the runaround and need someone who will take good care of you and your vehicle, look no further than Crabtree Autobody and Paint.

It's really difficult to find honest and quality service in the car world... Crabtree was awesome 11/10 service FAR exceeding expectations.! Also one of the few ( if not the last) independent body shop in Bend, support local and give these them a call!

As a car enthusiast, I believe I had the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. 10/10 unbelievable customer service!!! Called, and they had me drive right over an helped me.
