They wanted to wait until Thursday to be able to receive a refund for a purchase - attempted to request a refund for returning a device - they were telling me to leave and come back when the manager is available; they ultimately refunded me and the manager mentioned to the employee that I’m trespassed; it required about two hours of connecting customer support as well as the help desk - where effectively the employee decided to contact the manager and finally approved the refund - I am personally never doing business with cricket after this.
This is how you apparently operate a store.

Got helped by a young man named Alexander. Was very professional and knowledgeable, and very patient with me not knowing anything. Had to go back a few times because I couldnt figure something out on a new phone and he was very helpful and kind! I was very impressed and grateful.

Thank you Anthony for getting me set up with a new line for my business! Hands down the easiest and most professional experience I have had purchasing a new phone and line. I have been with AT&T for years and since opening a line with Anthony at Cricket I’ll be switching my personal cell over once my phone is paid off and unlocked. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Horrible!
Anthony is the most disrespectful person that I know!
The way he treats the customers is ridiculous. He doesn’t care he cusses at people and talks down on them and tell them they have to wait for him when he is ready!
My brother in law went in to ask for help and he said “just google it” it’s that’s simple!
Moving my family plans to a different carrier who is respectful to their customers

Cheap yes, coverage mixed at best. Customer service is not great. We'll be switching soon. I honestly don't recommend Cricket. I think there are better cellular providers for a similar rate.

We came Saturday at 3pm -hours stated on flyer- open until 7pm- but nobody was there.We came back Sunday at 11:05am -hours stated Open 11-4pm- but nobody was there. There were three other customers also waiting. We all left after waiting for about 20 min and nobody had shown up. No sign or note stating it is closed.

I arrived at the Cricket store around 4:30. The door says they’re open until 7:00 but all the lights were off and no one was in there. They closed during normal business hours which appears to be an issue with this store according to the reviews. Looks like corporate needs to hire some new employees.

I have great service however almost every month when I go to pay my bill, if I have to do it in store.. there are no associates there and doors are locked.. no sign on the door, nothing! So today when I went in, I watched the employee shut and lock the door.. as he watched me walk up… and go to his car, recline the seat and totally ignore the other 3 ppl besides myself.. then when he sat back up and I thought he was Coming back to help, he turns his car on and drives away! It says on the door what the open hours are it was only 2:30 in the afternoon, had it said they took a certain time or even how long a lunch would be I would understand a bit better, but to just be ignored like I’m some idiot, really pissed me off! Cricket you could put a sign on the door saying “on lunch” be back… so we know when to return or have someone cover the store while your gone.. customer service sucks cause you are never around!Great way to promote the business!!!

They have the WORST!!!! Customer service they are NEVER ON SITE I paid my phone bill on time and they manage to cancel my line the next day I have been able to get a hold of anyone in this store! And their phone customer service takes for ever to answer making you dial 2 to just simply stay on the line!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE
