They have the WORST!!!! Customer service they are NEVER ON SITE I paid my phone bill on time and they manage to cancel my line the next day I have been able to get a hold of anyone in this store! And their phone customer service takes for ever to answer making you dial 2 to just simply stay on the line!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE

Store is never open. Might be closing, but not sure. A sign posted on the door with a date an employee would be there but they member arrive

Every single time I have come here for the last year they're on lunch break and it does not matter what time I come day or evening. I always treat the employees with courtesy and respect and the last few times the employee seemed so put out that they have to leave the back room to actually help a customer that it has become an uncomfortable experience. I've been with Cricket for a very long time, there's just no excuse for this.

Awesome,Got a new phone, the service setup and my phone activated in less then 30 minutes and I am a new customer.The guy that helped me was very well trained and knew what he was doing and stayed organized and efficient even though it got very busy in the short amount of time I was there.I don't know how the phone service is but the service at the store tops any other phone dealer I've felt with (Verizon & T-mobile)

Don't expect them to answer phone.. They are nice in person though! Don't ever expect to have service all the time in your normal service area like ya know a normal big city like bend. Don't expect to have good streaming without buffering remember if your with cricket you come second to at@t. Pretty annoying when you can't make a call when you need to. Them when you call cricket bend they don't answer. Guess that's what you pay for though. Like literally they don't even have an answering machine....... Try it

Cricket Wireless CHANGED MY LIFE! I switched last month from AT&T (where I was paying OVER $100/month) and now (because of one of their financial programs you have to qualify for... which I did! ) I'm only paying $25/MONTH, for unlimited talk, text, AND data!! AND HOTSPOT! Like pinch me, is this real?! Not to mention... I had to call in to their "customer support" center to switch my card for auto-pay... I ONLY waited 2 mins to speak to someone, and I s*** you not... I just got off the phone with THE friendliest customer service rep I've ever talked to!!! #Negan This is a legitimate REAL review... I don't normally leave "online reviews" but I'm sooooooo incredibly happy with Cricket Wireless, I HAD TO! Ps: Shout-out to Syd in Bend, OR! His professionalism, while also keeping a happy/positive attitude AND dealing with my "AT&T transfer BS " AND dealing with other customers at the same time is 100% "why I waited" and switched to CRICKET! Ps: "311" is your guys' address, my favorite band, and ALSO MY BDAY! Js.

I would give Cricket 4 stars, but definitely 5 stars for Sid. He always provides superior service, and in such a professional manor. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers, and does it with such a great attitude. Thank you for all that you do Sid, you are the best!
