This was the first time I ever rented a storage unit and based on stories I’d heard from friends and others, I was prepared for an ordeal. Not at Trojan of Bend! I could not have wished for a better experience, from the physical premises to customer service. Barbie and Lisa are angels! Friendly, professional, and always accommodating. I’d rate it at six stars if I could.

Lisa and her team are the best! This place is run so efficiently and everything is so amazingly clean! There are always carts to help you move stuff around. The bathrooms are spotless., And best of all, Lisa is always there with a smile to help you out if you need it. Great facility and so well run.
