We were so lucky to have Dan and Kathryn referred to us by our realtor. They found us the best rate and helped shepherd us through the lending process. We moved incredibly fast and had a lot of questions along the way, but Dan and Kathryn were always there for a quick phone call, a text message, or an email update. We could count on them to interface with the lender and ensure we had the right level of documentation at every stage.If you're even thinking of a buying a home in the next few years, you need to start working with Dan and Kathryn. We initially thought we were farther from the start line than expected, so they were able to do a soft credit pull for pre-qualification and give us piece of mind we were looking in the right range. We found our dream property quickly and then we were halfway through the process! Dan and Kathryn prepared a pre-approval quickly and we were able to make an offer right before Christmas Eve, which was a huge advantage in this area's market. Thank you again, so much! From house tour to close, it was 34 days (including bank holidays for Christmas, New Years, and MLK). I would not recommend it for the faint of heart, but there is no way we would have accomplished that feat without Dan and Kathryn! :)
