Could not be more disappointed with the service the tech cut my dogs ear resulting in a hematoma and the groomer took absolutely no responsibility also very rude about appointment times and extremely expensive don't forget about the outrageous no show fee if you happen to miss an appointment and God forbid they send out a reminder.

We’ve been taking my dog here for about ten years! We have never had a bad experience, either with costumer service or grooming. Our dog is 7 pounds and he has never had a scratch on him in the close to 80 times he has had his hair cut here. And the people are super nice and considerate!

Groomers are not very good! I try them twice and never got the style of cut I requested.

I have nothing but PAWsitive things to say..! Kendra took such great care of our babies who don’t usually do well with these kinds of things. She gave them back to us looking so adorable and clean!! And worked with us to get them scheduled ASAP and conveniently too. Kendra is FUR real!

Amber has been our dog groomer for about 5 years now. She has always paid our dogs so much attention and cares about each one of our three dogs. She has always done a fantastic job each and every time. We recently moved to the Sisters area and will continue transporting our dogs to her for grooming, because we can’t find a better groomer in our area.

Took my giant newfie in there for the first time. These groomers did such an amazing job! He was happy when we picked him up and he looked amazing. Already booked his second and third appointment. Couldn't be happier!
