Very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Gonsky. He’s a kind, caring doctor who doesn’t rush through appointments and makes sure all questions are answered. I’ve also seen Josh and he is equally as professional and kind. Additionally, the front desk staff is very organized and responsive. Kim at the front desk always leaves me feeling heard and taken care of when I call. I highly recommend this practice!

I'm disappointed in the amount of errors that were made during the appointment follow-up that have taken me a lot of time to sort out. The defensiveness of the staff when pointing out these errors to get assistance was also a huge turn off. I would have expected more professionalism and better customer service, but I did not receive that Deschutes Family Care. I lost trust in Alex especially and will be looking for another provider for my women's health care needs. I do not recommend.

Overall good experience when I went in except they didn’t bother to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover me here so now I had an unnecessary $250 bill. Not sure if that’s a policy that they won’t tell you and will just take your money or what. I even told them my insurance before I went back for the appointment. Lesson learned for me to double check next time I would’ve just really appreciated that being communicated to me if they knew.

I will not have enough space or words here to let you know how great my experience has been with Josh Seibel in Deschutes Family care. In my darkest times he has saved me physically and emotionally with his professionalism, his decisions and knowledge for my well being, and his constantly correct guidance and help. I can not recommend him and this clinic enough. If you pair this with the help, kindness, and professionalism of Kim in the front desk, you have a most reliable, competent and friendly team very hard to find anywhere else. I recommend them 100 percent without the slightest doubt!

I couldn’t of had a better experience. The doctor made me feel so comfortable. He went over everything I was concerned about. My appointment didn’t feel rushed. You can tell he cares about his patients, and I have finally found a care provider I will see regularly. The front office staff are also very kind and helpful. They looked into my insurance and got it all sorted without me even asking. I was so impressed by this practice. Thank you for helping me.

Dr Gonsky was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and seemed to genuinely care. I had a previous doctor that had given me a not very clear explanation of something I was experiencing and Dr. Gonsky was very helpful in clearing it up. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Gonsky is AMAZING. He always takes his time during your appt. I've never once felt rushed. He truly listens to what's going on and doesn't just jump straight to prescribing you medication. He treats you as a whole person, not just your problems. The patient portal is super convenient as well and he responds in a timely manner when I have concerns or questions. I have referred many people to him and I will continue to do so. I am so glad Dr. Gonsky is here! I won't go anywhere else :)

I am 70 y/o and remember the days of house calls, family docs you knew for years, personal care. I got tired of being shifted from one doc to the next at the "Clinics", not that I received poor care, just too corporate.Dr Mark Gonsky is returning to the family doctor model. Cannot say enough positive about Deschutes Family Care. I just hope I have little need of his services!!!

I've been a patient for a few months now and Dr. Gonsky is probably the best primary care provider I've had. Thorough and patient, doesn't rush you through an appointment and has been very collaborative on treatments and recommendations.

Takes time to listen and explains health concerns to the elderly so they understand how to better take care of themself. Our visits are Non rushed, but you leave feeling someone listens and cares. Kim is kind, patient and reliable.
