10/10 Golf shop. I had a great experience with Dennis, who installed golf grips on my clubs. Best customer service I've got in a while. The grips were installed and aligned perfectly. Truly great service thanks to Dennis.

The employee Cobain in the golf department was absolutely amazing, he was patient with our party very informative and helped us dial in the perfect golf bag when we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for then even went out of his way to help us during checkout. 10/10

I had a super experience at Dick's as Paul assisted me in determining the exact fitness equipment I needed. He then showed me a related product that had been returned and was available at a discount. I bought both items and enjoyed and appreciated Paul's help. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from Kyle at the Bend, Oregon store! We are in Bend seeing my family, and.flew in from Sydney Australia and flying out to London on Sunday so we couldn’t wait for an item to be delivered. Kyle went out of his way to find an alternative stocked item. Thanks again for showing my Aussie/British family how Americans are exceptional at customer service and are genuinely kind people ❤️

They usually have what we need and staff friendly and helpful. This time we we're looking for a collapsible wagon and found the perfect in the right size with the go-anywhere fat wheels.
Also, it's better for our economy than always doing the Amazon app.

I bought a pare of ON Cloud hiking boots 3 months ago and they were falling apart and I brought them back in and Steven the manager went above and beyond to make it right and he did! Even though I had a bad experience with the ON Cloud hiking boots the service I got from Steven and his staff made it worth it! Thanks for taking good care of your customers!

It was a great experience! James was greeting customers in a friendly way. When I told him I needed help, he was empathetic. I wanted to buy a product that was offered online only, but I didn't want to use my credit card online because of a bad experience. He searched to see if there was another store that might have it. When he found that no store close by had the product he did not give up, he asked his manager. Like James, Kyle was empathetic to my situation and offered me two ways I could buy the product without using my credit card online. Both James and Kyle went the extra mile to deliver great customer service. I was thrilled and bought the product from Dick's. Another store refused to help me. Now when I need sporting goods, I'll buy them from Dick's. Thank you James and Kyle

I am acknowledging Kyle the customer service guy for attempting to help me find a pair of cotton/spandex biker shorts. Not only did he go out of his way to read the descriptions, he had a great attitude with the searching. I also appreciate Mike the manager for his great leadership. It is people like this that make shopping fun. YEAH

Went in for a couple of baseball mitts. Was not impressed with the level of knowledge of the young man who helped us. When I asked about the differences in gloves he didn't have much to say other than "its a matter of preference"... O.k. but what details make a person prefer this feature or that feature? All answers where vague and it was clear he knew little about the mitts although was certainly not willing to state that. Not surprising these days I guess. I would recommend doing some research online before going in. Of course that is why people shop online. They do their own research and then they can have it delivered to their home, often for less $$$. There are two reasons for a retail location, items in stock, and expert advice. If you fail on expert advice you only have items in stock. They did have two mitts that satisfied the purpose but I was hoping for a little better guidance with my selections. I'm not upset, just not impressed.

Stopped at your Bend location the other day and we got excellent service. We were helped by the front store manager (Kyle) and he showed us our options and helpfully answered all our questions. Easy to see why he's the manager! Great shopping experience, especially since that level of customer service is a thing of the past.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! ask me if i wanted help and get what i wanted in time.Definitely will keep going back and forth.Otherwise a Great opportunity to shop with these amazing customers service of help!

I would like to leave NO stars but in order to leave a review, I had to leave at least 1. This is a ZERO star review. I will never shop at this store again. I went to buy Christmas presents and had received a text offering a $20 off $100 or more purchase. I went to the store and downloaded the app and created the account just as the store employee had told me to do. He scanned the barcode. The computer said that the coupon was approved but the discount did not reflect the reduction on the transaction. Next the employee decided to scan it again and at that point it denied saying that the coupon was already used. THe employee called the manager up to the counter. The employee explained about half of the story in which I filled in the gaps. I shared that I had not used the coupon and how I had just downloaded the app for the barcode that I was told that was needed. The manager said that I had to call customer service. I shared that it was pretty simple what had happened. He was so rude and called me a liar. It was not about the money. Had I been treated with respect I probably would have just bought the merchandise but this individual was so rude and condesending. I will never spend another dime at this store.

Store service was great. We bought an in-ground basketball hoop and paid for installation. The installer told us the ground wouldn’t allow for a hole to be dug, but the 65-year old homeowner was somehow able to do it alone. Zero stars for out of store experience.
