I would like to leave NO stars but in order to leave a review, I had to leave at least 1. This is a ZERO star review. I will never shop at this store again. I went to buy Christmas presents and had received a text offering a $20 off $100 or more purchase. I went to the store and downloaded the app and created the account just as the store employee had told me to do. He scanned the barcode. The computer said that the coupon was approved but the discount did not reflect the reduction on the transaction. Next the employee decided to scan it again and at that point it denied saying that the coupon was already used. THe employee called the manager up to the counter. The employee explained about half of the story in which I filled in the gaps. I shared that I had not used the coupon and how I had just downloaded the app for the barcode that I was told that was needed. The manager said that I had to call customer service. I shared that it was pretty simple what had happened. He was so rude and called me a liar. It was not about the money. Had I been treated with respect I probably would have just bought the merchandise but this individual was so rude and condesending. I will never spend another dime at this store.

Store service was great. We bought an in-ground basketball hoop and paid for installation. The installer told us the ground wouldn’t allow for a hole to be dug, but the 65-year old homeowner was somehow able to do it alone. Zero stars for out of store experience.

They have a good selection for sports and they will price match identical items and anything on their website. Plenty of parking.

I found a couple of sweatpants I wanted to try on. Asked a sales associate to let me into the fitting room. tried them on. didn't like them. I hung them back up myself since the racks were close by. Saw a different pair of sweats in a totally different area, saw the fitting room was still open, so I went in to try on this other pair. they fit great. while I'm pants down in my underwear, about to put my pants back on...some manager started pounding on the door like it was an FBI raid. Really? I said, "hello!!!!". No answer. As I exited, I saw the manager walking away, back turned...no apology. nothing. I'm a middle-age, fully employed, productive member of society. Trying clothes is a big enough hassle for old guys. Thanks for treating me like a criminal. Never going back.

We bought some joggers from there, and they was on a medium hanger (we didn't check size was in a hurry) got home and realized it was a small. 3 days later tried to exchange them for proper size and they denied the exchange. They would even say why they denied the exchange. (Was no reason just a size exchange) I tried calling customer service and they said they can't do anything because it up to the individual store. So we are out the money we spent on the joggers.

Went in to get a new kayak paddle. They had a good selection at a fair price. Store was well stocked for other sports items the staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean.

I came in to buy a bike to ride while I'm in Bend for the next couple of months. I have 2 at home in CA so I didn't want to spend a ton. I worked with Braden in the bike department who was super friendly from the start. He also turned out to be EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgable about the selection of mountain bikes. He explained the differences in all of the ones in stock and even noted the upgrades from the previous years' models. I decided on the one that I wanted and he did a quick tune up before I checked out. He was also the person who built the bike and I had zero complaints about any of the build. I always expect to have to do a little tweak here or there when I get it home but it was perfect as is. He was so awesome that I actually had him sign my bike the way they do for custom builds. I walked in expecting to get a generic employee who could just pull a bike down off the rack for me but I ended up with a high-end bike shop experience. Braden is absolutely stellar and I couldn't be happier with my new bike or his amazing level of service. It absolutely made my day.
