The driver didn't even attempt to drive to the apartment number. He said he couldn't find it even though I know he didn't try cause there's only one way in and one way out of the apartments I live in and I did not see his vehicle at all.

LOUSY customer service! LOUSY food!Placed order thru app trying three times with Apple Pay before using debit card. Waited over an hour for food when tracker said it had been delivered, we had not received. I called to find out where they had left it since we hadn't received. Took forever to pick up the phone, but chalked that up to being dinner hour. Spoke with store and told we had given them wrong address. NO... we were at motel and gave address and name of motel. I politely asked how we could fix this and store employee said he needed to talk to manager. I was told it was my fault for putting in the wrong address, there was nothing wrong with app, and I was welcome to place another order at my expense. I went livid! I asked them to contact the driver and see if he still had our pizza, did he leave it with someone, etc. because I was not going to pay for a second order. Employee, after arguing with me, agreed to call the driver. Driver showed up about 10 minutes later with our food. Cold, burnt, skimpy toppings, and claimed he tried calling us three times. Having been in customer service for 40 years. This is unacceptable!!!! I will never purchase pizza from Domino's in Bend again. Sadly, I have to come back another couple of times, and our tradition is to have pizza when we stay at a motel. I will order anywhere here.Dietary restrictions: I bought a gluten free pizza. Crust was so hard I cut not even bite into. Very overcooked. Being gluten intolerant for20 years, you can’t leave pizza with gluten free crust in as long as regular pizza. Worst I’ve had.

Do not order from this Dominos. Had a very unfortunate experience of ordering online and never received the order. This will be the second time of having this happen. Trying to contact the store was a waste of time as they never answered the phone. My 8 phone calls ranging from 7:45pm to 9:15pm rang until the call was disconnected. I don't know whether to chalk it up to a system error, neglence by the employees or incompetent employees. So if you order here just know there is no way to contact the store and plan on ordering something else later when It doesn't show up.

Me and my friends were downing a whole bottle of Hennessy (NBA Edition) and were desperate for something splendid to satisfy our hunger. It wasn’t until the Philly Cheese steak Pizza and the cheesy garlic bread arrived from Dominoes until we reached the peak of human satisfaction. The pizza was exquisite and the cheesy bread only added to the experience. Absolute perfection from a pizza place. We love and respect dominoes with every bone in our bodies.

Dear Bend Dominoes Owner -I like your pizza, but your staff almost never answer the phone. I recently (Dec 2023) tried to phone in a mid-afternoon order - called four times, every ten minutes, let it ring 15 times each call, no one answered. Drove to the store - people were working there, making pizzas. Why don't they answer the phone?30 minutes later - drove to Dominoes, placed my order. It's not that busy, the three employees aren't working that hard, but they constantly ignore the ringing phone. Must be on orders from the owner or manager.This is very unprofessional and annoying. If you don't want our business - why don't you simply close your store?

Last update: I went up to store demanded my tip and delivery fee back as the manager GM refused to call me back. This place and corporate is a joke! Man up!Update: They (dominos corp) that they would reach out to the GM of store to call me and still NOTHING!!! Thats was days ago...Edit: Went by the Yew location and spoke to a girl that said she was a shift manager. She apologized for the situation but also explained ONLY her GM could issue me a refund. Took all my information and stated he would get back to me. Still NOTHING...We decided to order Dominos Pizza, wings and a salad. The order was on prep at 5:49pm but an hour later we started calling as it still showed prep and then the tracking the order stopped. After waiting and calling ( they don’t answer phones btw) We decided to head up to the Dominos location. The staff was rude and dismissive. Our food was sitting on a shelf and cold. He gave me the order and no bag to carry it. I asked for a bag and the kid was very rude about it. I just wanted to get home to feed our kids. Took the order home and the pathetic pizzas were both soggy and cold!!! The wings soggy and cold and salad looked days old. I then realized I picked up my order and paid for a delivery fee and a tip. So $66.28 later I feel taken advantage of. We order from them on occasion but this time was sad! What happened to timely service and taking care of your customers?Today called and no answer at Bend location. I got online with Dominos BOT and that was useless. Apparently the owner of the Bend Yew Lane location doesn't care about doing the right thing. I will go up there and demand my money back in front of customers if I have to. This is ridiculous. I have a case number to at the very least get my tip and delivery fee back but no responses and no humans... sad world we live in.

Pick up time said 22-32 minutes. Showed up after 35 minutes & they told us “sorry, it will be another 30 minutes it’s not even in the oven.” Terrible customer service. Will never order again. We will see if they refund us.

The worst! I will never order here again and don't bother trying to speak to s manager or GM as he will not return calls. Corporate is a joke.... Shame on this company! Cold pizza ... had to drive up there myself because it was over an hour then nobody picked up the phone and the tracker was all of a sudden not working.... Weeks and no response from the manager to get my delivery fee and tip back!

I just ordered a medium pepperoni and took a bit and something in the pizza was so hard it broke my tooth in half. Domino's corporate office will be hearing from a lawyer bend oregon domino'
