The store had a lot of selection , and I was looking forward to shopping and trying on things for a trip coming up. The big disappointment was that they only allowed you to go in the dressing room one time and had a limit of only 5 items in the dressing room. This rule needs to be revised. I was only able to try on a couple of different things with my limit of 5. There was only one other shopper in the store and there was no reason that one of the two employees there could not have wiped down the dressing room or let me go back into the same dressing room to try on more items. The two women working that day were not very helpful to friendly. After leaving the store with nothing, I walked across the parking lot to the Columbia store and was able to use their dressing room as many times as I needed and also take in as many items as I wanted. I will not be returning to Eddie Bauer for these reasons and the Columbia store's employees were much friendlier and helpful. Eddie Bauer of Bend, please rethink your store rules.
