Nate was able to solve two electrical issues for me, one unique one that I've been struggling with for over 3 years that multiple other shops and two Ford dealerships couldn't figure out. He got me into the shop really quickly and out the same day. His willingness to dig in and diagnose the issue was something I have never experienced at any other shop. He explained everything to me so clearly and the cost for what he performed was very fair. Definitely gained a customer for life.

They do excellent work and definitely would hire them to do major jobs like transmission service or sensitive repairs. Very knowledgeable but can be overpriced on certain jobs. Talking to different people in office about your car can get confusing also. But overall a good place with friendly people.
