I asked for my hair to be one color and a bob hairstyle. The stylist didn’t have the dye needed to cover my gray so when I left you could still see my gray. I asked for my hair to be long enough to curl to my chin she cut it to my chin for which I told her two times she complained about her last customer the whole time I was there. I pointed it out before I left that my gray wasn’t covered then she expected me to want to come back to get my hair fixed. I am sorry when your paying $155-$200 for this service you should walk out with your hair done right. My hair looked like I had been to Smart Styles
