Mini empire storage is a great place for storage. I rented a 10x10 space. For over 1 & 1/2 years. I was able to fit my couch set and basically a whole house in one room stored properly. They have motion censored lights in the unit that I rented. Which made it very convenient to see inside. For it not being climate controlled I was impressed. My unit never had a musty or unpleasant storage unit smell. Even during winter snow and rain. My unit stay dry the entire time. Mini empire storage is quietly tucked away where it is located. l felt safe to be there. The driveway depending on the way you go can get a little tight. So I recommend if you plan on bringing a big trailer like I originally did which is a 32 ft horse trailer. Forget it! you not going to make it in. What was very convenient was the driveway entrance had plenty of space for me to park and I brought a wagon with me to help me unload my items. The driveway is smooth. Surveillance seems legit, the service is very simple and straightforward!
I will admit I did hit a time for a few months I fell onto financial hardship. I became very late on payments. The gentleman I I spoke with was willing to work with me so I was able to keep my items and my unit. They did change my pin code to the gate entry. Because I was more than 3 months behind on payments. They have every right to do so. I continued to keep service with them for 5 more months after that.
I would recommend them to my friends and family. Mini empire prices are constant and truthful.
I truly appreciate you Mini Empire Storage for being able to provide a service I truly needed at that time.

Easy registration and great communication (when necessary). I was apprehensive going in with my truck and trailer but it was navigable!

Not easy to find the entrance. Narrow gate access. And rats in the storage unit that got into our things.

Empire Mini Storage service was amazing or should I say Tammy is and was! I called them from out of state and everything I needed to know was answered including can a semi truck trailer get in to unload our furniture. It all went really smooth we needed the facility for over a year as we have been remodeling our new home. We needed the truck on property and it was always accessible. Tammy was always very personable and caring to our needs. I am very glad we used Empire Mini Storage and Tammy made it a great experience!!!

I was spending just over a month in the Bend area and this place was exactly what I needed to store my extra stuff. Quick online sign-up; almost instantly I had my unit number and all access info in an email. Convenient location just off the highway on the north part of town. Drive up access to my storage unit. Most importantly, they pro-rate rent so you don't end up paying for two months if you arrive in the middle of one month and leave in the middle of the next. Other places I checked did not offer pro-rating. I had to communicate with the owners a couple of times and their responses were quick and professional. I highly recommend this place!

I've had a locker for 2 years here and have had no problems ever. This weekend I came to Bend to go camping with my mom (I live on the road for work and she lives in California) and needed to get into my storage for camping gear. Empire mini storage sent an email out right as I was picking my mom up from the airport saying that the contractors who are paving the grounds haven't finished and the storage units would be closed until at least Saturday. Ohmygod I'm screwed I thought. Well the people at empire storage returned my phone calls promptly and let me in to get my camping gear and saved my weekend. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them

Worked with Deanna for a few years and her facility is top notch. Easy online rentals and payments and great customer service! Their facility is always clean and has easy drive up access.

Every month for the past two years I've had to call to make a payment. My log in info is not entered correctly. She claims to have fixed it but here it is time to make a payment and i cant login.
