I absolutely love this stay here even though my mom’s car broke down on the highway and I love the hot tub and I love the shower and I love the bed and I like how the lady saved the room for us and I’m just very grateful to have this room five stars

Very friendly front desk staff! My stay was short but very good. Hotel room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The only thing to improve is soundproofing. In the morning I heard people were moving up floor

I'm in town for work for 2 nights, driving through a blizzard and arriving to find a great experience. Seven, who greeted me at the front desk, provides a world-class customer service experience. He knows his town well. What you'd expect from a 5 star concierge is what you'll receive. After a long travel day, it is incredibly welcome.
The rest of the hotel amenities are what you'd except from the Bonvoy ecosystem. Clean, friendly, and well located (in this case, next to the park, the river, and a short walk to downtown).
I've stayed in other hotels in Bend, but this property stands out.

Highly recommend! Great hotel! Very Clean, prompt service, great continental breakfast, great housekeeping. loved the gym and appreciated the little extra accommodations like a microwave for my 5 day stay! I meal prepped and was able to stay on track because of it.

While the hotel is a nice place for the most part I just discovered a $10 charge on my VISA card. When I called to ask about it apparently I mistakenly purchased the enhanced Wi-Fi option which I was unaware of.
I asked for it to be refunded and all I got was “my apologies sir”. Any reputable hotel would have refunded the amount but this place would not.
Disappointed and won’t stay there ever again.
Edit to the original post. Fairfield’s response below was that I would be given a grace which I assume to be my money would be refunded.
I have yet to see any refund on my account so I can only assume that response was a falsehood.

In town for one night with my Mom and this was perfect. Initially we were worried about hearing Highway traffic but heard nothing in our room. Also we were happy to not have paper thin walls and did not hear anyone talking in the halls. Was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Great customer service from front desk to house keeping. Pool & hot tub were very much appreciated. Would def stay again.

Overall I would pick this hotel again over The Newberry right in the heart of downtown. The Fairfield has a convenient location, free breakfast and quiet rooms. Recommending to everyone I know, thank you Vicky! I appreciated your hospitality!

Didn’t expect perfect but the walls are extremely thin, lots of plumbing noise, road noise is excessive for the amount of traffic/speed with proper sound proofing it really shouldn’t be that loud.
