I was recently at this location needing to mail a license application with a strict and old school system. The employee who assisted me was so helpful, she made a stressful process incredibly easy. In situations like these, you don’t always get the best customer service, which is why I’m very grateful!

They were clearly understaffed and backed up, but the employees managed to keep a great attitude which is rare these days. The people complaining had ample time to fill out a job application while in line if they were so concerned.

High customer service. Friendly. I ordered a large print job last night and there were a few errors (printer mechanical issues). The team rushed the fix so I could ship the documents the same day. Charles (since 2023) was very helpful and determined to make everything right as soon as possible.

Stopped in on a Sunday around 4pm and no one was in there. As soon as I walked in Charles asked if I needed anything & was super helpful in helping me figure out a return with a QR code to scan.

Not only was I relieved that I found a FedEx open on a Sunday, but I was extremely impressed with the Customer Service that Toni provided. (Not only to me, but also to the other customers in line)
While the interaction was short, I can definitely appreciate great Customer Service when I see it.

Seriously staff …… 4 staff members that I could see hanging around. One talking to someone over the counter the whole time I was waiting. One staff serving with line going to door ( 6 people) Open another register and attend to customers already in the shop who are waiting. Management needs to get this organized…
