Lazy driver who doesn’t even stop by, but marks packages as delivery attempted. 2 days in a row I’ve stayed home all day waiting for a package. Now I’ve got to wait another entire day hoping that my package actually gets delivered.

The lady and gentleman who got my package for me were so kind and helpful.... As for the call center, both people, for both packages, were very unhelpful and repeated the same phrase, over and over. The driver should be reprimanded and/or fired for his behavior. Proof from my cameras, he never stopped by, and the second day he stopped at my neighbors and left. I tried chasing him down even. LAZY. And then to lie, staying he tried to deliver it. Same thing, almost exactly, happened at my house delivery. Finally they delivered there but didn't read the note and put my package out in the open. 1st package paid 2 day delivery... Took 6.UPS... 3 packages, all on time, all delivered, all kind. Choose ups from now on. Fedex has gone way down.

Every time I have something in a FedEx truck, it ALWAYS says "Future Delivery Requested". I NEVER ask for my stuff to take even longer to arrive. If I could give no stars instead, I would.

Edit... if your drivers cannot drive in snowy conditions in Crescent Lake... please consider not offering delivery so the highly capable UPS driver can deliver here instead. I have been waiting several days for an item that has been out for delivery for a week now but never makes it here. It is not snowing, so what's the problem???Driver left my 2 packages of cat litter ($80 worth) in the snow on the main road instead of either driving down my plowed and unobstructed pull through driveway or walking the extra 30 steps to put them under the cover of my porch. Then he or she did not even bother to come knock on my door to let me know my boxes were in the snow on the main road. Driver should be fired or put on desk duty. I would actually pay extra to not have FedEx ever deliver to my house again. The UPS driver makes it down my driveway all the time....

The most incompetent company know to man and the customer service will you give you a heart attack dealing with them and trying to understand people who do not speak English. It is shocking how a great shipping company can go bad so quickly and make nothing but excuses for it instead of taking action to get better!!!

They keep telling me my parcel will require a signature so must be home. They have had it at the local depot since Friday 6/17/22 and keep delaying my package and to be there the following day. Third time shame on me. Someone must have needed a new laptop computer.

Not the fault of this location, but the moronic out sourced service who directed me here. I was unable to get my parcel as it was already returned. Low marks for wasting my time and gas. Will avoid fedex shipping in the future when possible.

Driver drove past my house I have 6” tall numbers on the front of the house hit the brakes and kept going very disappointed in the service poor service

On average they lose about 1 out of every 5 packages. Deliver to wrong address and then say " it was delivered, look around your property and ask neighbors if they received it" . Horrible customer service

I love it here. This is where I work and I'm happy to say that I enjoy going to work everyday. It's hard work but it's worth it.
