Fireside has always been my 'go to' for our BBQ needs. Recently we had a small fire that destroyed our BBQ. Calling Ryan was the best choice as he worked with me on the right solution and worked with our builder to organize delivery for their installation! Thank you Ryan!

Amazing people like Adam, Ryan and Nancy Lee make an amazing company. Adam did a beautiful job of replacing my old gas fireplace with a beautiful new fireplace from Eiklor Flames. I consider myself fortunate to be a Fireside customer and and owner of an Eiklor fireplace.

We have had to have them out multiple times for correct install and once again leaking so I will let fire go out to put pot there. They have not got it wrong three times on roof. Think twice before going here

We were able to order what we wanted for a new wood burning stove. Lead times stink all over so that was no surprise. We should have started a couple months ago to be sure to have it installed before the season actually starts. Now, it might be be installed before I we want to burn our first fire.

We identified Fireside as the installer of our wood stove that was put in by a prior owner over a decade ago. The folks at Fireside were extremely helpful in answering our questions. They went above and beyond by sending a copy of the manual and other information just to stand behind their product/install. Really have to appreciate a business that is patient, helpful and just wants you to enjoy your wood stove, even if you weren't the original purchaser.

Bend fireside installed a gas fireplace in our master bedroom and the service was top notch! They went above and beyond what I feel any typical store would do, which made the install seamless and low stress. We won’t go anywhere else and will be using Fireside in the future for all of our needs. We are lucky to have them in Bend! Highly recommend.

From start to finish we have had nothing but poor experiences with working with Fireside. We had multiple appointments missed without any call letting us know. This included us taking work off to be home for these appointments. It also included their people showing up during the evening hours to work. We had to push multiple contractors and installers back due to their poor communication and organization. They have a lot of work to do in order to help better serve their clients. I will not be recommending Fireside to anyone going forward.

After spending the time to have them measure our stove opening to replace an inefficient fire place, they refused to put a stove in saying “it wouldn’t fit”. But after calling Coastal in Redmond, they are installing one for us and it’s even $3,000 less. I don’t recommend Fireside, they seem to be lazy and don’t want to sell people a brand that isn’t theirs.
