Always had a great experience here, the customer service has always been exceptional; they’re friendly, professional, and supportive. They get to know you and your family and genuinely care about you and will follow up with you. They take the time to walk through different financial options and explain everything thoroughly. I could not recommend them more, we would stay for a life time if we weren’t moving.

I worked with Allisyn Beckwith and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. She helped me get out of a Terrible personal loan from another lender that I won’t disclose and converted it into a Fairly low interest auto loan. The transaction was seamless and smooth. Both her and the entire staff I conversed with were professional, friendly and helpful and the whole process took under an hour. First community has earned my business.

We have been with First Community for about 13 years now. First with Jason and his team in Hillsboro and then Matt and his team in Bend. After moving to Florida, we just closed our accounts. Would highly recommend FCCU!

After years (10+) of doing business with First Community Credit Union, I've seen their true colors. I've had them for all my banking for years and now I am going to another financial institution because they are NOT the community financial institution they claim to be. Will never do business with them again. My advice is to run now. They are only willing to be the community family if they get your money. It's all about that, not community.

I have used these guys for the last 4 business trucks that I bought. Once we got through the first one, which they made as easy as possible, they have been able to get me a check for the next truck within hours of my request. Super simple and easy!!! I have worked with both Matt and Mary and both have treated me well, in fact, everyone there at the east side branch has been great. They all remember me by name after only meeting me once or twice. Plus, I have been able to get my loans interest rates under 2%, how do you beat that?

Went to the bank to get some change for my business, didn't need much $100 in 5s and $50 in 1s went to hand them money and the girl turns off the mic and talks to a lady behind her, turns on the mic and says "sorry we can't give you change" I laughed thinking it was a joke and said okay she turned off the mic again taking to the women behind her and comes back and says "you need to be a member or we can't give you change" I ask are you serious?! She said "yes" and turns off the mic. I drove to Wells Fargo of all banks and guess what?! I get my change haha. Pretty unbelievable that a bank can't help give you a small amount of change unless you're a member. 1 star for customer service.
