Beware of their ATM scam. The ATM did not dispense any cash yet gave me a transaction reciept saying it did. When I checked with the bank staff they said if I'm not a First Interstate member they can't help me and I have to dispute it with my bank. Their video clearly will show me not getting cash. It's petty theft why would I or anyone else bank here? Totally dishonest and effectively taking away my access to the funds under dispute.

I want to express my thanks to Amy Varner. She is so helpful and always has a smile on her face. I can go to her with any issue and she will take care of it. Thank you First Interstate for having Amy as a part of your team. It would not be the same without her.

My dad went in there to cash a check from this bank and asked for large bills and an employee, an older gentlemen, said that the larger bills were only for customers and gave him only $20 bills. With an attitude like that, you won’t have any customers.

I can understand why the reviews are so bad..I called in to get verification that I could cash my federal tax refund check. I spoke with April she verified with a coworker that what I needed to do in order to accomplish what I wanted. I went to the bank to be greeted by a nice man at the front desk who asked me to wait and I would be assisted soon. Amanda came and greeted me and it that’s when I was told that she couldn’t help me and a gentleman came over and said he had “approved” cashing my federal check. she spent 15 min trying to figure out how to be able to confirm the checks authenticity with the federal website that she could never get to Load on her screen, she then took my check over to a coworker and didn’t come back for a few minutes to explain to me what’s going on. I grew frustrated with the lack of communication and knowledge by amanda and stood up and walked over and said I don’t have anymore time please give me my check back. She asks if she can make a photo copy of my federal tax refund check I said no you may not because it has my personal information. She did not give my check back but started an interrogation asking me why I would not allow them and then asked why 3 more times before handing me back MY CHECK. I will be calling your corporate offices to let them know how unfortunate and unprofessional your staff was.

I have had so many good experiences with this branch! They have gone above and beyond for me many times, I have dealt with Natalie over the phone a few times and she has provided the best customer service I have ever gotten at a bank.
