Jeremy is honest, knowledgeable and fast!! We came to Jeremey after getting a quote from another place and his price was HALF the other place and he explained every repair he was going to do. He really saved us when our car broke down and was really awesome to work with!! I highly recommend speaking to him about any car issue you may be having! MUCH better than the “other guys” !!

Jeremy is amazing! he fixed our broken belt quickly and got us up and running, for cheaper than quoted from several other companies. This is the first time we've had need of a mechanic and anticipate that he will be our mechanic from here on out, for all our vehicles. Highly recommend him!!

I went to this shop blindly, based only on his reviews. I had an emergency repair during the holidays, and there was no way the Chevrolet dealership could get me in. He had my little car fixed and back to me the same day! I honestly didn't expect it back for a few days. He is very honest as well, I didn't ever feel like he was running me around. Highly recommend

Finally a local mechanic that is genuine, honest and gives top notch customer service! Jeremy does quality work, is personable and very reasonably priced. His work is worth every dollar. The guy drove to my car and charged my battery so I can get it into his shop! He saved me a tow bill and immediately took care of the alternator, even gave me battery options to help with the bill of the repair. He stands by his work, will try to find the most logical, efficient and cost effective solution to your mechanical needs. Grateful for this life saver.

Jeremy is forthcoming and honest.He enjoys his work and does it well.He has worked on numerous cars for my family.If he thinks another shop can do something faster or if another shop has a specialty, he will refer you to that shop…he is considerate that way.I will continue to use Jeremy and First Rate Automotive in the future to service all of our cars…and so should you.

I live out of state, and was considering purchasing a vehicle from a dealer in Bend. I contacted several top-rated shops for a pre-purchase inspection. Jeremy had the best price, and was able to get the vehicle in same day. He found several items that the dealer's inspection didn't catch that would have been expensive to repair, one of which the dealer subsequently fixed. If I lived in Bend I would definitely take my vehicle to Jeremy for service. Highly recommended.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My water pump went out as soon as I pulled into Bend. First Rate was able to get my truck in first thing in the morning and was ready to pick up when I got off work the same day. I've never heard of such great service.Service: Engine repair

I went to a different local shop 2 times and the work I requested wasn't done due to parts. Time was wasted. So I went to First Rate Automotive with my problem, got parts ordered immediately and was in within 3 days of my inquiry. Got the job done the same day it was scheduled. Service was top notch! Done in a timely manner. This is my go to shop!
